Had issues opening 2 different accounts on line with Hazelvine Ltd on their website, contacted them via E- Mail and must say they were very helpful in getting this sorted out, special thanks to Mark.

...I came here to see if other people have the same appalling experience as we are having with this shambolic group!!! NEVER use them - they are worse than you can imagine.....need more info - Just look on Google Review - also check out QDIME and Hazelvine - all in the same pathetic group together!!!- Stay away from these cowboys!
Rude and unhelpful
I have spoken with people from Hazelvine in the past who have been helpful but unfortunately recently with the most rude individual named Benny who apparently “manages” accounts. He wouldn’t let me speak without cutting me off. He is incredibly rude and an absolute discredit to the company which already has a bad reputation.
These reviews speak volumes and evidently I am not the only one.

Hazelvine frequently fails to deliver a service to leaseholders with their service charges constantly being increased. Whenever you call them to report a maintenance issue they take your details down and that is the last you will hear from them in regards to that maintenance issue. I would suggest that anyone considering buying a flat checks to see if Hazelvine is the managing agent first to avoid any future headaches. Avoid at all costs!
Totally Useless
Poor communication & useless responses when you finally do receive a reply.
Was told about large budget increases with a document referenced in the portal, and given 10 days to reply with any questions or it would be passed to accounts and approved.
Low and behold said document was non existent in the portal, and 17 days and 3 emails later I still haven't heard anything back. That plus previous comms with them highlight a totally incompetent company I really wish I didn't have any ties to.

Unbelievable ...
They have just raised incompetence to the level of an art form. We’ve finally got a new front door. We’ve also finally got some keys. They were even delivered by hand. So far, so good? No, 80% of the keys didn’t work. One neighbour only found this out when going to work yesterday morning and had to climb out of his first floor window.
The door, despite being the only exit in a fire, doesn’t have a knob to open it from the inside. The lock has been taped open and is going to be changed, but God alone knows when. This shouldn’t need a new lock barrel & keys, but ... Hazelvine.
Cutting keys doesn’t have a 100% success rate. They, of all people, should know this. They should’ve turned up withal the new keys and 8 envelopes, then tested them before putting 2 keys in each envelope for each flat. It’s not rocket science. Sigh.
PS, The lock is going to be changed next Thursday and new keys should have been posted, What could possibly go wrong? I’ll let you know.
PPS. Yet again, they haven't failed to disappoint. The new lock was fitted and the new keys were delivered by hand, both on Thursday. This was done whilst four or five people were out at work, so they couldn't get back in. So, I taped a notice to the door, telling them what had happened and to "buzz" us to be let in. Both our keys worked and no-one's mentioned having problems.

Since March this year there has been an unsightly water stain in the hallway outside my flat and the garden lights have been knocked over.
We pay a high service charge and neither of these problems have been fixed.
There cannot be a valid excuse as to why this problems have not been fixed
I've lived with hazelvines'…
I've lived with hazelvines' incompetence for far too long, we are now taking legal action against them to claim back some of the unspent fees we pay each year. Seek legal advice and they will easily steer you in the right direction to get you started. You can legally start a home owners association for your property as long as you are in contact with the other landlords and they are in agreement. There wasn't much complaint as they are scamming all of us so things are moving forward nicely.
AVOID like covid pre vaccine
The worst management company ever, if you are looking at buying an apartment that is being managed by this company please DO NOT and avoid. The first year was fine and we had no issues until the predicted costs rose and gave us a sudden bill. The parking is also managed by third-party cowboys who break the law and threaten court and CCJ's.
Easily the worst property management…
Easily the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. An extortionate service charge and for what? A weekly leaf blower comes and that’s it. No window cleaner? The hallways are a mess, main door hasn’t locked for weeks, no action. Intercom for the front gate, hasn’t worked for nearly a year, nothing done. The main entrance light is essentially a strobe light, no action.
When moving in I was never provided with a key to the bike store. Have been advised I can get one cut at my expense!!!?!???!! An inept company

late payment charge for an invoice never received! Disgusting!
Received half yearly invoice from Hazelvine by email which also showed a late payment charge. I had not received an invoice for the first half of the year so presumed it was for that although not detailed as such. Sent an email to the accounts department asking for the late payment charge to be waived, no response was received. Called and spoke to the accounts manager and received a very rude response advising that they would not waive the charge as it was my fault that I didn’t chase the invoice in the first place. Hazelvine have been told by their advisors that as the maintenance is charged half yearly the responsibility is on their customers to chase invoices which are not received. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hazelvine are unable to provide any evidence the invoice was originally sent let alone received or provide any of the chasers they also advised they sent but were never received. Very disappointed especially as they aren’t the best at managing the property and charge ridiculous amounts for doing so.

I was having issues for so long with logging into my account but at last I have managed to log into my account with the help of Mark.
Failure to fix major security issue, or reply to subsequent complaint.
Hazelvine have failed to replace the main security door to our block in over 9 months despite numerous promises the work would be done after first attempting to contact them in March this year. The date has slipped from April, to June, to July and now to August.
Hazelvine will not reply to emails, once in a blue moon you will get a reply which does not answer your questions.
I have formally complanied to them and, in line with their own website, they have failed to acknowledge this complaint after 10 days where their website states 7. I have chased this 3 times on the phone to be told "the person who deals with complaints" has left as the excuse. I am still yet to receive acknowledgement of my complaint.
If you are considering buying a property "managed" by Hazelvine, I seriously suggest you think twice about it. Absolutely shambolic.
Utter garbage service
Utter garbage service, promise to reply on certain dates then don't, cant explain accounts for our building, couldn't quantify jobs they claim cost money when asked to justify spend, a complete joke - how can you be in a customer service environment and not actually operate any kind of customer service - avoid, avoid avoid!
We don't deserve this treatment
Despite my earlier complaint about Hazelvine not responding to malfunctioning fire alarms and despite several leaseholders reporting this fault to Hazelvine nothing has been done. Do not write your reach out email and telephone number Hazelvine, because you still don't react, and instead of your pathetic attempts to up your rating here with extremely doubtful reviews just use that energy to deal with the job you are being paid for by us and ACT
