At first I was happy we all are waiting…
At first I was happy we all are waiting for Jan payday so to get a no deposit holiday with our favourite jet 2 was amazing ,then I realised we hadn’t booked our seats which I need to do as I am disabled and on a four hourly tablet regime and need my hubby who’s in charge of my meds to be with me so I emailed and asked I wasn’t happy with the response and was told the full deposit was due due to me doing this plus cost of seats i said I would cancel I went from smiling beaming actually to crying ,ok cancel I was wrong told but she still would require the deposit so I sat down waited for my hubby to come in and phoned I got threw to a lovely lady who sorted it sorted our seats checked threw and she deserves 5 stars

Freezing website
The website froze mid way through the booking process so we had to start again on my husbands phone

I am disappointed with my service if im…
I am disappointed with my service if im honest. I recieved gift vouchers for christmas to go towards a holiday. I booked a holiday online then went into a store to get the gift vouchers taken off the balance (£500) i was advised they couldn't do it in store and I needed to call up (which was fine) it then took 3 different calls over 3 days with promises of a call back and an email with info nit met to get the information on how I redeemed vouchers. Once I got that, I emailed copies of the vouchers in to the email box provided to then recieve a response a few days later saying I couldn't redeem them as it had been more than 5 days since I made my booking. (I cant see this stipulation anywhere in the voucher) subsequently it resulted me in cancelled my booking and losing the deposit paid and then rebooking so I could use the vouchers again. I usually book all my trips independently and have no issues, I only used Hays as I had the vouchers but wouldn't be looking to in future regrettably.
