Great staff engagement. Surroundings much better since the doors were added to the Birchwood store. Could do with some destination posters on the walls.

We popped into the store to explore holiday options to Egypt ! Both Natalie and the young lady trainee ( sorry didn’t catch her name ) were very welcoming and helpful. We were unable to book on the day due to needing to renew my passport. Natalie stayed in touch and she was very efficient at getting our holiday sorted for the best price.

Hays Birchwood branch is the best travel company I've been in, The staff are welcoming and very friendly, they listen to what you need and require for your holiday, they find quite a few options and give you advice to suit your needs ,never been disappointed with a holiday booked through Hays.
