Dianne is very approachable and uses her professional skills to ascertain what will meet our needs and then uses her willingness to work hard to make all our arrangements with holiday providers.She makes the booking process so wonderfully easy.

The staff in Birchwood are really helpful especially Bev . They kept us updated and go out of their way to answer any queries.

Bev (Assistant Manager) was superb. Once again, she demonstrated a professional courteous approach to our request. Her product knowledge was extensive and we were sorted out with our first river cruise together within minutes.
