The lady (Yana)was very professional and very thorough. She answered all questions and was very polite all the time.

From the moment I queued at the door to go in, as was waiting before shop opened , I was looked after by Dawn.
I was made so welcome as soon as I stepped in the shop. I was booking a holiday for myself as travelling alone so it’s all very daunting, but Dawn made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Hannah booked us a holiday of a lifetime, at the best price with the best hotels for our trip. The holiday is quite complex as travelling and returning to different airports, with flights within the USA also.
