THe staff, Dawn was polite, courteous, helpful and patient, nothing was too much for her. We were guided through the booking dealing with questions we that we would not have thought of.
It was a wonderful experience it was a pleasure not a chore and we will definitely use Hay's again. The service was outstanding.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes as…
We had to wait for about 10 minutes as the girls were with someone. The girl who was behind to exchange came out to ask if we would like a drink while we waited as 1 staff was on lunch. We knew which hotel we wanted and roughly when we wanted to go. The young girl who saw to us was great. She got us good flight times and the best date. Highly recommend Hays Travel

Extremely Happy
From the moment I walked in the store in Leigh I was very impressed with how helpful Hannah and Dawn were in helping me find a suitable holiday. Was really nervous as have only been abroad a few times, spoke to Ellie in the Leigh branch, told her what me and my daughter were looking for. She spent ages showing us different options, and explaining things, answered my ridiculous questions and we booked a holiday. Feel quite confident and hopefully if all goes well, we'll be back to book again
