Liam Grady handled our case with professionalism and care. This was particularly difficult as my husband was terminally ill and time was running out. Liam pushed very hard and kept us in the loop at all times. The company concerned really dragged their heels but Liam did not give up. Pushing forward with our best intentions at all times. Waste of time, several months and they just ignore you, I have emailed them many times asking for an update but they don't respond

Avoid these time wasters. Harras you via emai to fill in the questionnaire they sent after a phone call saying they can deal with the claim. Then after all information sent ,they responded with, we can't deal with your claim as we're no longer dealing with individual claims. Absolute lies

Due to the nature of the claim, proceedings were not straight forward and I believe an issue with the companies medical assessor may have affected my claim.
