Heirloom Arvostelua

Avoid this place at any cost.
They claim to offer a five star experience , but they lack any basilar service of civil life.
The heating in the room is not working , the room is really cold, and you can’t even take a hot shower , since the hot water is not working.
I had to wash myself with cold water, and that is not pleasant on December.
They have a WhatsApp number you can talk to, but it is totally pointless, they just pretend everything is fine in the apartment and that they will check.
Spoiler: they won’t check.
I asked for a partial refund of the rent, since the experience was really unacceptable.
They said “ I’ll let you know.”
Spoiler: they won’t let you know.

Heirloom Hotels - The Mansion (Gent)

The room was a mess. When we booked the hotel there was always a tv but not in this one. The guy couldnt put me in another room

MyHeriloom was exactly what I was looking for! I have been procrastinating and delaying setting a family will for years, but I found the experience - seamless, user friendly, and efficient. It captured everything I was looking for. I wanted quick but thorough - it delivered. I wanted trust-worthy and thoughtful - it had insightful and meaningful questions that even I hadn’t thought about!!! I thought there would be an overwhelming amount of paperwork, but it was so easy and it has put my mind at ease and I feel way better!!

I always thought setting up my Will would be a time consuming and arduous task, but Heirloom made the whole process straight forward. I did it in less that an hour. They website and questions are very easy to navigate especially for someone like me who is not good with computers. Even thought it's all done online you know that it's being reviewed by real lawyers - it's really nice to have the peace of mind that my Will is all set up now

I cannot emphasize enough how seamless and user friendly Heirloom was. Like many others, I had been putting off my Will for years. As soon as I came across Heirloom it was an easy decision to sign up and even easier to go through the process of creating my Will. The first step was completing a list of questions that took only minutes and then off went my Will for lawyers review. I even made a few mistakes and they were quickly picked up by the lawyer! I also loved how everything was online. I completed the entire process on my phone! I cannot say enough good things about this service. Do not put off your Will any longer, sign up with Heirloom!!!
