So frustrated with this company. Don’t order from them!!!

I placed an order and received a damaged product. Emailed them. And never heard back. Tried to contact them. Nothing.
4 months later. They’ve finally emailed me back. I told them I needed it as a Christmas gift. Had to go buy a different gift.
So now. 4 months later. I no longer need this especially damaged product.
I originally sent them photos of the damaged product. Was happy to send it back.
They said they can send me another one. However. I don’t need it anymore. Christmas was over months ago
They don’t give full refunds. They said they can only give a 30% refund.
I don’t understand how they can do this to people

This company stole my money! I ordered on December 5th!! 5 of these stupid stuffed toys that ppl are saying is trash and i haven’t even received them!! I have emailed this company over and over and they have yet to refund me or even email me back!!! Its crazy how they can just get away with robbing people!

Not only was the plushy not the same as the picture, it plays different music, the volume is very loud and the breathing is not synced with the movements. I didnt read the terms of service and turns out, checking that box got me subscribed to a fitness website that cost me 60 euros, i have not even received anything, i didnt even know that was allowed! Thankfully i got it cleared up and cancelled my subscription but i still lost 60 euros. Also, i bought the plushy during black friday since it said it would cost 10 euros, it cost 20.

SCAM! I wish I googled this company before adding.. like many have said they make you click a term agreement box and within that box there is apparently a subscription that you sign up for. But the funny thing is is that when it was taken out of my account it was not from “feel elevate” it was from “she style co”… Once I found this out, I canceled my credit card and now a different company “fit supply co” is continuing to try to take money out of that credit card that is now canceled. After I have called both of these companies out for their shadiness and scamming.
Both companies stopped email me back when questioned, it took over a month for feel elevate to return my email and now they won’t stop harassing me seeing if my “problem is resovled”. This problem will never be resolved unless they refund me my money or replace the item that stopped working literally the day after I gave it to my daughter.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE . I got the thing I purchased for but now they are taking money out of account .

I bought one item and tried to add another. It wouldn’t let me so I asked through email to add the second for $5 (which was the deal)..they added a second but for full price plus shipping again. I asked for a refund since they won’t do the add on and they won’t refund me. Will never buy from this company.

Got the items ok but did take a long time to come. Then found a random charge on my account, which after enquiries were a 'subscription' I apparently agreed to when checking out. Didn't see anything wjen checking out nor did I have any communication about accessing this 'subscription'

Got the product 7 weeks later. I have been double changed and I can’t get anyone to respond to me about a credit. Also the stitch we got already has been stitched up due to horrible quality.

It took over month for me to get my order. They also charged my credit card for some subscription service. They say I never unchecked it, but I never saw it.
I ordered it on November 30th and didn't receive it until January 4th. I'm amazed I even got it at all. They also charged twice the amount they said they would, on their website, for shipping. I don't recommend ordering from here.

Was charged for item i ordered for Christmas, never got it, tracking was fake, then they tried to charge my card again, for something called "musclehub" which my credit card luckily thought was strange and declined charge, now working to get my original payment for order back from my credit card ,

PLEASE do not order with this company, you will GREATLY regret it!

Bought a toy from an Instagram ad. Paid for express shipping. It has been over a month and there is no tracking and have not received. The charge came from a different website - healthfulhair.com which is suspicious enough in itself. Then 10 days later was charged another $40. I called the number on the credit card charge and told it was from the VIP subscription I signed up for when ordering. VIP does not have any services, they just sign everyone up who makes a purchase and takes $$ every month. Don’t buy from here.

This is a SCAM!! I ordered two otters on 11/29/24. They charged me $29.99, then a few days later charged me $39.99 - and I didn’t order anything else! They have no telephone number to call at all, only communicate through email and they never answer those! It’s been over 20 days & haven’t received anything! And I got these on TT, and they have several sites there, different names but their web pages are the exact same! I hate a scammer!!

Scam! Upcharged on shipping. Tracking number doesn’t exist. Nothing delivered. Second charge for unknown reason. Do not buy!

Do not do business with this company . They are scammers. They lie about shipping and handling. They lie and say that refunds aren't doable when they are.

Charged me for the item plus shipping, which was fine (apart from the fact that they charged me for the more expensive shipping when I picked the cheaper option)
But it also signed me up to their "VIP" which I have requested from day one that they cancel for me, and now it's charged me $70 for this. Cancelled my card and emailed them again now don't expect a reply.
SCAM! stay right away

Same thing as previous reviews although, I did decline the extra for 4.95.

My order total was 24.85. I was using a $25 visa gift card and the transaction was declined. After calling customer service for the card I learned they were charging me 29.85. nothing on the order page shows that.

I ended up using a different card and yep....29.85. the transaction shows a website of Fashion For Dudes is who I paid. No clue who they are.

**update**
They have just taken out a 2nd lot of money from my account $54.48. I have had to close my bank account.
Do not buy from them

I brought a sleepy buddy from a tik tok add. Firstly it didnt state it was USD dollars so instead of $19.98 i got charged $52.
Received them today and very trashy and cheap. When you turn it on it plays terrible screechy music which is no way relaxing and was not advertised as playing music. The picture on rhe website does not have musical notes on the foot, but these do. You are not buying whats in the photo. Waste of money, too embarrased to give as a gift. Very very disappointed and angry to be scammed like this. Wish i had seen this page first!!

Definitely a fraud site. Ordered from here and my account was immediately charged 19.90 by a website that was not the freeelevate. Then I got a message from my bank about fraudulent charges from again a website that was not the one I ordered from but the original charge I tried to make. Got to dispute that one but have to wait until the other one hits the account from pending status to dispute that one. Now it’s 20 days before Xmas and my card was closed.
