No communication - almost gave up
No communication - order took weeks to arrive, I was about to cancel and request a refund and then it turned up. No dispatch emails at all,

Great customer service
Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged but I contacted customer service and they arranged a replacement straight away with no fuss. The replacement arrived and was perfect. I was really pleased I hsve found this website as I had been struggling to find somewhere to purchase single plates to match my Gordon Ramsay maze set.

I had a mixed experience with Havens of Westcliff. Delivery was quick and well-packaged, and the products were as described. Their customer service was responsive and polite, resolving issues promptly and providing updates on delayed items. However, I faced significant delays with one part of my order, and a previous experience left me less impressed with the service. Overall, decent prices and good packaging, but room for improvement on consistency. 3 stars.
