This item reminds me of my Yorkshire beginnings. I love robins and even more so wearing flat caps. Ordering was easy and the item delivered on time and well packed. A very nice experience with a charming result. Thank you.

Would normally have bought from the brand directly but this year I couldn’t find the items I needed as single items!
Easy ordering. Not keen on ordering on line as you don’t know of issues in the background.
Sturdy parcel arrived, each item well wrapped in protective paper.
I would certainly use them again - but I did miss the free present wrapping!!!!

Original order dispatched very quickly. I thought I had ordered the wrong item so rang to check. The team member who took the call was super helpful and resolved my query there and then. The correct piece arrived the next day!

Lodge was clean modern & comfortable The layout of the park gave a private outside veranda. Beds very comfortable. Dining chairs not so comfortable- need cushions. TV basic.

I have to start out by saying, my order arrived in less than ideal shape. The box was tattered, some of my china was broken and a whole box of cutlery was missing. If you saw how the box arrived, you would totally understand. All that being said, in less than a day of reaching out to their customer service department, I received a response (I live in Oahu Hawaii so time difference is huge). Grace from customer service gave a succinct and helpful reply on how they were going to replace the lost and broken items which made me feel valued and important as a customer. It was a breath of fresh air to get that kind of treatment. All that being said, their customer service makes up the difference between a 1 star review and a 5 star review. So, if you are debating on whether to purchase something from Haven’s solely based on logistical concerns, don’t worry, Havens of Westcliff will make sure you get your desired products.
