I purchased a Galaxy A 15 in June, and it is by far the WORST phone I've ever used. I absolutely hate everything about it. My daughter has the same phone, and she hates hers as well. When answering a call, there is a delay from when you tap answer, and the time when the caller can actually hear you. It's about a 5 second delay, so oftentimes, the caller hangs up thinking you can't hear them, or are not there. That's for starters, but I hate everything about this phone.

Should be called "HATE CUSTOMER…
Should be called "HATE CUSTOMER SERVICES" not Hate my Phone. Absolutely terrible and criminal company. I bought a phone on eBay and they told me it had been sent. What they actually did was print off a postage label so it showed on the system as sent. They gave me a Royal Mail Tracked 48 tracking number which RM have confirmed has NEVER entered their system. Now that they have FINALLY refunded me, the identical phone with the IDENTICAL item number gets relisted again on eBay. Draw your own conclusions but I would advise STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a Samsung phone from here. I never recieved it, and I have emailed the company several times, but have no reply. I paid extra for quick shipping, but still have not recieved it. It was meant to arrive by now, and they have not given me a reason as to why it hasnt come, or when to expect it. I expect better communication or a full refund.
EDIT= after a very quick reply from the company on here, I have boosted it to 5 stars. :) and it did get delivered as promised

Received a tablet that wasn't the spec it said it would be . Utter crap. I know it was a lucky dip for 30 inc post. Which cost 10 which I didn't see . Was it highlighted.? Can't do anything in it. Thought it would be ok for basics but waste of money don't buy anything

Received an iPhone that will not turn on or charge. I don’t get why you wouldn’t check the phone before sending to a customer. Advertised as very good condition get there is a big scratch on top of phone and phone was dirty when I opened the packaging. Even the charging cable that was provided was filthy
