Smooth process, easy to use
Michelle from HardSoft was great at keeping me informed with regular updates as the collection of my laptop was impacted by heavy snow. The co-ordination of collection, loan laptop and delivery of fixed laptop was very smooth. 5/5 experience.

Help fixing broken Macbook screen

Danielle maintained strong…communication
Danielle maintained strong communication with myself and always responded back to me within a substantial timeframe.
Having issues recieving the devices from Dpd on multiple occasions Danielle was extremely helpful trying to get the devices to my store which was more than appreciative.
She also gave a personal touch in her emails which is also refreshing to see these days.
