Went to London for the weekend, myself, my wife and my son, to celebrate my son’s birthday.

We went to Hard Rock Cafe at Piccadilly Circus.

Upon entering we were told it was a 15 minute wait, and we could browse the store which was fine.

50 minutes later our handheld buzzer hadn’t gone off, and we asked what was going on. They apologised and said we wouldn’t be long, and then 10 minutes later we were seated.

The service was fine, although there was quite an initial wait to take our order.

The food was pretty good although it wasn’t the warmest, and all three of us pointed that out.

My biggest issue, and it’s the reason I wanted to write this review….

When the bill came, the was a service charge of £11 added. It wasn’t suggested, optional etc, it was right there on the bill.

At no time were we told it was optional, or we could have it removed.

It’s not until I googled it and saw people complain and say they had asked for it to be removed.

This is an absolutely disgusting practice, and should absolutely not be allowed!

By all means prompt for a tip, give an option etc.

To just add it to the bill and put people in a position where they either don’t know it can be removed, or are embarrassed and anxious to ask for it to be removed is disgraceful.

After this we will never be using hard rock again!

Horrible food ceaser salad was a joke! And no Jameson whiskey! Don’t eat here in Madrid, the spare ribs were very poor quality and the gratin was not a gratin and the salad was more an offensive! For sure this hotel is not run by Americans. The service and staff very good and correct and the drinks but they should upscale the kitchen

Stayed in Tenerife as Americas for a month Jan 25, went to the Hard Rock cafe there almost every evening, they always had a live band every night, and music was great on the terrace. The bands on Tue & thur eve's were absolutely superb, look out for Dynamos, Queen trib, and Sound chasers, all were superb, The food we ate was great, along with the staff, they work hard for you, and were always fun, as a working musician my only time off for me is Jan, I have booked again for 2026, hard rock made my holiday complete. thanks johnnie

£141 for six drinks with alcohol and one serving of nachos at Iguazu airport!!!

Happy hour is half price on half the drink, so not really happy hour. Unfortunately also false advertising.

Mohammad was amazing and the family is was awesome. Ate so much we can't move

4 stars for great service at the original London Hyde Park Corner BUT now, the food is OK as for the original menu, 1980s where is it? Each time we go that gets smaller even “COKE FLOATS” have gone. Were as GOURMET BURGERS and even in Newcastle the “FAT HIPPO” are stunning! Still great service from the staff but food choice, NOT GOOD??????.

Brilliant time at the Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly! We were waiting for our theatre time to come around and had a superb time! The bartender Manuel and waite-staff Pippa were outstanding! We met both last year and decided to come back for a meal - surprisingly, Manuel remembered us and made our lunch such a great experience, that we'll be back again... Hopefully, it won't take us a full year to come back again from Peterborough.
I had the natchos as a (very large snack with guac and sc) and my hubby had the salmon. It was delicious! xo

Hard Rock Krakow - 4 floor restaurant with 1 cubicle in men's toilet...... Needless to say the toilet was busier than the restaurant.
Eventually when my lottery ticket came up and I got to go I almost broke my back when the toilet seat went left as my arse went right.In fairness the poor seat is putting in a real hard shift day in day out.
Not to be completely negative the music in the toilets was superb- Sunday bloody Sunday, back to black, Valerie being the standout tunes but unfortunately there were far too many to recall.

Vi besøgte Hard rock i Prag, og jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde at spise derinde.
Ved første bestilling fik vi kold mad, og smeltet ost, steak og andre råvarer fremstod ikke friskt.
Vi måtte begge bestille ny mad. I anden omgang fik vi burgere, hvor burgerbollerne var så hårde og smuldrende at de var tendenserne mugne.
Kyllingen inde i burgeren havde en mærkelig farve og i denne omgang var maden også kold.
Vi gik derfra uden at have spist noget udover en gratis dessert som vi fik som kompensation.
Sødt og undskyldende personale, som vi havde en god samtale med, men hold jer langt væk derfra.

I had a great experience today at the Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly which started with one of the amazing workers named Samuel who was very handsome and had the brightest smile. I will be coming back to hopefully be welcomed by them again!!!

Fantastisk mad og fantastisk opmærksom værtinde Marta, super stemning, og oplevelsen var i sig selv bare skøn, købte fede t-shirts som skal flashes 😁

Mi spiegate perché all’Hard Rock Café di Roma (Italia) e Monaco di Baviera (Germania) accettano i cani al ristorante mentre a Parigi (Francia) e a Praga (Repubblica Ceca), no? Come funziona?
A me non piace questa cosa! Roma fa bene a prendere i cani! Ode a Roma e alla sua “open mind”! A Roma sono veramente pet friendly mentre Parigi e Praga no! A Praga lo accettavano solo se stavamo fuori e a malincuore ci hanno detto che i cani non sono ammessi. A Parigi, invece, sono stati pessimi e senza cuore! Ci hanno detto che per loro è proibito accettare i cani quando in realtà a Roma me lo accettano sempre. Stiamo parlando di un bassotto, mica di un alano! Mandate un reclamo a Parigi e inviate un reclamo anche a tutti gli Hard Rock Café che non accettano i nostri figli a 4 zampe! Parigi e Praga siete dei pessimi Hard Rock! Cominciate ad accettare i cani in tutti gli Hard Rock del mondo!

Not a 5star hotel. We arrived to find a bag of weed in our room. Was told its OK as its legal in Spain.
Electrical faults all over. Including children's playground. Live wires next to sink. Ants in bath, towels were worn out. Was told that the hotel does suffer with repairs.
At restaurant lots of complaints about having your table cleared when you hadn't even finished your food. By the time we got up to get a coffee our food had gone. Drinks extortionate amount, even for a bottle of water.
The entertainment was dier, almost everyone went out in the evenings.
Was shocked, disappointed and upset at the amount we paid for 5 star HARD ROCK hotel. To be literally staying in no more than 2star.

This site is a ploy to get your money and nothing else. You will not win and if you do they do not let you have your money. I played with $100 of my money. Grew that to I over $7,000. When I went to withdraw it they kept $6,000.00 and let me have $1,000 but made it so difficult to withdraw that I gave up. I informed them that I was going to turn them into the gaming commission and since I could not withdraw the money I played it on their machine and after telling them I was unhappy, I did not win one time at any game. If you win you lose so don't even play here.

The odds are fixed. This casino is a scam and a ripoff.
They let you win a couple of hundred $ then you will lose all your money.
There is no way to win a large amount of money.
If you are looking to lose some money. This is the perfect place for that.
I was a VIP customer at 888casino for 3 years. When they decided to close the business, they partnered with Hard Rock Bet Casino and advised me to join it. I shouldn’t have listened and should stayed away.

Earlier today called in a group of 6, aged between 45 & 58, the guy behind the bar asked us for ID. Bearing in mind we had been in there eating and drinking for last 4 days ( we are here on holiday for 7 days) and never been asked , we never thought about it
One of the other bar staff said to us , is he being a **** again !
End of day we went elsewhere and spent $1100, and will do so elsewhere for next few days
At least the bar man got the nice easy shift he wanted 😀👍

2 flotte drinks + 1 Cola som alle tre bestod af ca 75% isterninger.
Guacamolen som tilbehør til vores Nachos var så længe undervejs, at de var spist længe før og derfor helt til grin at servere den.

Stayed in the hard rock Marbella for 8 nights.
After booking, I emailed months in advance asking to extend my stay by one night, after a very long and difficult back and forth, the result was to extend the stay in person when I arrive at the hotel. When I arrived, they offered an extortionate price for the extra night.

After receiving no help with our 4 large bags to our room, we were warmly welcomed by a massive cockroach and a potent cannabis smell.

However on the positive side, the location is good and there was a large variety of breakfast options. If you can’t make breakfast, they offer a takeaway lunch bag, if you ask the right person (we were told this wasn’t an option the first time we asked).

Majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful.

Overall I do not recommend and would never stay at the hard rock hotel.
