Happy Shuttle is the Best!!!
I have been to Cancun a few times and have used other transportation companies, but this vacation I decided to use Happy Shuttle and I am happy that I did. Going forward I will always use this company for my transportation needs when I come to Mexico. Both of the drivers that I had were amazing. Mario G and Luis Alberto were so professional, and personable. They made the experience great and won me over as a customer. I will make sure to refer all of my family and friends to use their services. Thank you.

Atentamente,
Gustavo Estudillo

We had a great experience
We had a great experience! Happy Shuttle was reliable and on time for our Cancun airport pick up to our Akumal hotel and from the hotel back to the Cancun airport. Both rides had a private van that was air conditioned and comfortable. The preordered beers and waters were available and ice cold. The reservation process was simply and easy. They communicated before our trip arrival. Happy Shuttle was recommended to us by friends who use them. I recommend them!

Upon arrival to the Cancun airport we…waited and waited, and waited some more!
Upon arrival to the Cancun airport we waited over 45 mins for a car to take us to our resort! It was complete disorganized mess! We were asked to check in with someone with a clipboard and they had dozens of ppl waiting. I legit think they forgot all about us. We went up to them several times asking what was going on with our transfer and they kept saying the airport was busy and lots of traffic.
I really had to stand my ground. Other ppl said they were waiting only 15/20 mins. NO TRAFFIC when we left at all, I was concerned, but our pickup at the end of the vacation was on time. I won’t book with them again.

Dear customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the waiting time upon your arrival at Cancun Airport. We understand that after a long journey, guests expect a smooth and timely transfer experience, and we regret that your arrival did not meet those expectations.
While airport operations and vehicle coordination can occasionally affect wait times, we understand that this does not lessen the inconvenience you experienced, and we appreciate your patience while our team assisted you on site.
We are pleased to hear that your return transportation was punctual and operated as expected, but we recognize that the arrival experience left a negative impression.
Your comments have been shared with our operations team as we continuously review our processes to improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
Kind regards,

Drivers were very friendly and welcoming. It did not take long to secure a car and head off to the resort. Pick up from the resort was smooth and the driver even slowed down so we could take pictures of the street art. This is and will be my preferred company to use when in Mexico. Can't wait to get back!
