Hanover Dairies Arvostelua

Milk always arrives on time , very happy with Hanover dairies

Reps have no clue what the No Cold Callers sign means.

Excellent products, impeccable quality and very tasty chocolate milk I might add! The delivery times change from time to time without notice, which in warm weather may mean that the milk remains unattended for too long and there has been a couple of incidences that our milk was delivered to the wrong address nearby. Perhaps a notification system in advance of schedule changes would help.

absolutely amazing and the milk quality was noticeably a big improvement on the supermarket

Easy to communicate with, there website was easy to use, and If I was going away on holiday I could let them know a couple of days in advance. Was lovely having milk in glass bottles.

What a greaat service! Would not get my milk from anywhere else.

Hanover have been great - we’ve used them for many years, never failed us and really easy to interact with. Sad to move out of the area!

Customer service is 100%, the Milk delivery person is also 100%. I receive Milk and butter every week twice a week. It’s simple to change your orders, they have a great selection of other products. Best thing I did was to switch to Hanover Dairies.

My family loves milk delivered in recyclable glass pint bottles!

Wayn my milk man is just brilliant.
i never hear him delivering milk
even though i am awake from about five am.

and the office staff are always redy to help
they write to me 'as a real person'
and am getting to know some of the names. Lisa and Joanne are particulary friendly and helpfull.

The last few times i am having to get rid of my milk as it as gone sour mine is put in cool box container and got in as soon as it has been delivered that is usually on a Thursday night for friday morning and a Tuesday morning so i have now cancelled my milk and will get it from the shops i am sorry you let me down

Their service delivery is always on point.

When I joined them I had a man on my doorstep quoting how much it would be but when I got the invoice and checking my bank statements it was more than what was discussed on the doorstep. But I thought I would stay with it still and give the service a chance. I’ve been with them for about two years and cancelled my orders after the latest incident and will never use them in the future. Over that period of time I have got in contact with them because they have missed my delivery, delivered the wrong items, missed items and delivered me sour milk on a regular basis which I have had to pour straight down the drain and I have one of those cool boxes as well for my milk to go in. I’m going to start getting it back from the shop because at least my milk was drinkable then and cheaper.

Milk always on doorstep in morning early nice and fresh I love the milkshakes especially the banana
My delivery guy is brilliant he knows we got ring doorbell so he very good at catching it on warm nights so I can quickly go and get it in and always very polite I would highly recommend them

Always Always delivers!! I only buy what I require and no problem at all
Can easily amend future orders & ok a delivery cost BUT welcome back to milk on the doorstep Fresh & completely environmentally friendly.
Hope others use this service & enjoy all the products available!
Rinsing out a milk bottle is better than adding to the plastic pile(s)ll.

I have been using Hanover Dairies for several years and cannot recommend them enough. We've had the same milkman (Wayne) throughout, he's so friendly and the rest of the staff are too. I love my milk coming in returnable glass bottles and the selection of other food items is good too. We get our free-range eggs, local butter, flavoured milks (the coffee one is great over ice in the summer), and the cloudy lemonade is nice too. It might not be as cheap as the supermarkets but they have never once let me down either in quality or service. The website is easy to use too and making one-off or permanent delivery changes is easy. However the staff are just a phone call away if you prefer to talk face-to-face. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Really flexible subscription. I just leave a note if I'm away to say 'no milk please' and they only charge me for what they deliver to me. They also offer some other products, including chocolate milk.
