Alvaston Hannells - the best!
I cannot recommend Hannells (Alvaston) enough!! The staff team, including Eliza and Joe, are fantastic! They organised house viewings into one condensed day, they kindly did that of their own accord and it made the process so much easier. They answered emails instantly and made every effort.
Additionally, Sharon, who showed us around the properties, is utterly incredible!! She knows the local area to each property so well! She clearly knows her stuff and was able to tell us back ground information about each property in great detail and was so kind, friendly and accommodating. We have been to various estate agent companies but by far, Hannells Alvaston and their amazing team, have been the best people to come to. Anyone wanting to view/buy or sell their house should definitely come to this team without a doubt. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done.

Heather James is excellent
Heather James is excellent. I would have engaged Hannells to sell my property based on Heather, however the fee was high compared to the agent I have used to let my property. I have now decided to sell so I remained with the same agent. I can't speak highly enough of Heather.

Hi Karen!
Thank you for your review of your valuation experience with Heather and the Alvaston team.
We're pleased to see that you found Heather to be excellent and that you can't speak highly enough of her. We understand your decision based on the difference in fee - although I would pose the question that if you remain unsold with your current agent at a lower fee, where Heather and the team would be able to secure a buyer and get you moved - which is better value?
Either way, the team pride themselves on delivering a top service and Heather in particular will be delighted to see your comments.
We wish you all the best with your sale and if there's anything more we can do to help, please feel free to get in touch!

Friendly & very efficient staff
Friendly staff, smooth handovers when key people on leave, effective communication, prompt for viewing appointments. Very efficient management of the buying negotiations and liaison with solicitors and vendors.
The only suggestion we'd make is having more detailed information available at the time of viewing properties.

Astoundingly excellent!
Astoundingly excellent. I have worked with some very poor estate and letting agents in the past and Hannels show themselves to be a cut above the rest. They keep you informed every moment, and work incredibly hard for you. We had many viewings and multiple offers within just one week. Cannot commend them enough. They prove that you can find excellent agents.
