A beautiful gift

I was very pleased with the service, my parcel was well packed. I was a little worried as it is a fragile item.
It looks lovely. It is a gift and I’m sure it will bring much pleasure.

Great products & service!

Ordered a wax burner and wax melts, the smell is AMAZING. The service was such a refreshing experience. Kept updated about my order. Quick delivery & so chuffed with the quality of the items purchased.

Superb products, service & delivery

Hampshire Candles is the only company I will use. Their products, service and delivery are superb.
The recent wax melts I purchased smell divine. The whole house smells amazing. I also benefited from the great offer they were running. The delivery was well packed and arrived so fast. Amazing service.

My order didn't even come and then when I tried to redeliver it was already being sent back to the sender so absolutely gutted

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your delivery experience, though we must point out that it stemmed from the incorrect address YOU provided during checkout.

Despite our best efforts to resolve the situation—reaching out to you multiple times to confirm the correct address—we received two entirely different addresses. To avoid playing a guessing game with your parcel’s destination, we decided the best course of action was to refund your order once it was returned to us.

For context, when customers provide the correct delivery address, their orders are delivered successfully, and they get to enjoy our products without any hassle. As per our hundreds of five star reviews!

Fantastic smelling melts

Fantastic smelling melts. Can still get scent in room the next morning. Value for money and so many luscious scents for me to try in future. Definitely a return customer.

Superb customer service

On receipt of email confirmation of order I realised I had ordered the wrong fragrance. I emailed requesting the order was amended, and received almost immediate acknowledgement of my request. The order was duly amended, and I received it a couple of days later. Fantastic service
