Wrong scent in diffuser
I ordered Angel, but it’s a different scent but says Angel on the diffuser.

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your diffuser. We were quite surprised to receive this review before we had the opportunity to fully respond to your emails over the Bank Holiday weekend.
As explained in our email, the reason the colour of your Angel diffuser oil appears darker is due to the current crop of patchouli oil used within the fragrance blend being naturally much darker in colour than previous batches. This does not affect the fragrance itself in any way — it is still the exact same Angel scent, strength and formulation that our diffusers are made with.
Many fragrance oils can vary slightly in colour from batch to batch depending on natural ingredients used, especially oils containing patchouli.
As a small business, our team work extremely hard to ensure every order is produced to a high standard, so reviews like this can feel quite harsh after we have taken the time to explain the reason behind the colour difference. We always aim to be transparent and helpful with our customers and appreciate your understanding.

Having tried many wax melts from all types of companies. Hampshire Candles are by far the best . They smell AMAZING! The longest lasting ones I have used. Not only that but they are great value too.
