Delivery was on time and the driver Milan was very helpful explaining things to do and not to do.When contacting the office they were friendly and would answer any questions that I had many thanks.

I recently purchased a spa bath from GW Interiors and received excellent service throughout. The team were courteous, helpful and professional from the outset, keeping me informed and being flexible when arranging delivery.

What particularly impressed me was that, although delivery was technically kerbside only under their terms and conditions, the delivery team kindly went above and beyond to help offload the bath and get it into the house. Given the size and weight of the item, this made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.

Overall, a very positive experience with great customer service, competitive pricing and a willingness to help. I would happily recommend GW Interiors and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Worst experience of my life.
Illegal unqualified gas hob installation. Endless issues from start to finish with kitchen fittings. Scratches. T cut being used to cover scratches. All over. Lies cover ups. No one deserves this.

The pipework for the jet system leaks - a factory fault as the pipework has been squashed on installation into the back of one of the jets. I was asked to fix this myself by Russell, then ghosted on email when I asked politely for further help. Prior to this, there was some funny business with payments which I didn't mention and there was no intention of refunding the difference when a paid for bath was not in-stock.

Bought a whirlpool bath from GW Interiors around a year ago - a couple of months after the 1 year warranty ran out, it suddenly stopped working.

Trading standards advise that despite the 1 year warranty, an item such as this should reasonably be expected to last 5 years at the very least, so we wrote to this company expecting to receive the level of service advertised…

“Email turnaround 24hrs” is a joke - not one of ours have ever received a reply; have had to phone to get any answer at all.

The man on the phone rejected the idea that it might be the pneumatic button (an easy fix or at least a cheap one to try/replace) and after flushing the system didn’t resolve the issue, we emailed for further guidance and received no reply.

After another grumpy phone call, we were told that it wouldn’t be possible to get an engineer to us (they are based in Wales and we are in the Midlands - fair enough!) and were advised to remove the whole pump and send it to them for inspection. I don’t know if they get a lot of people trying it on or something but he was quite rude when I said that it wasn’t used very often and that we cleaned it out both with special fizzing tablets at every use and a liquid deep monthly clean, as if I was lying but we actually do keep up with it and our water tank is so small it’s a massive endeavour to run a bath so it really is an occasional occurrence lol

Anyway, we agreed that we’d send it, they’d inspect it and we’d come to a decision as to who or what is at fault and proceed from there. The man on the phone said they’d cover the postage after a receipt was provided, which we did via email the day it was sent…

I’m trying to be reasonable and give them ample time but it’s now been a full week after they received the pump (as confirmed by tracking) and we have heard nothing at all from them, not even a quick email to confirm receipt of the pump nor confirmation that our costs will be covered.

After the last time I phoned I’m hesitant to call again and am likely to wait until my husband has time to speak to them or at least be there on hand as I don’t want what feels like a confrontation when it should just be a conversation.

It’s very disappointing as we were led to believe that their customer service was really good but that’s unfortunately not the experience we have had. I guess email isn’t the way to go with these people and if you’re going to go ahead and call, be prepared for some potential prickles.

From start to finish I cannot rate the GW team highly enough. This will be my last kitchen at my age but I wish I had found you sooner. Such a pleasure.

After what was a rocky start and major insecurities on our part having many cowboys, what a finish. James and Ryan were absolutely outstanding. Nothing too much trouble and everything left immaculate after them. My bathroom and cloakroom are absolutely AMAZING!! The attention to detail and the finish is exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone considering this Company.

I GW Interiors recently fitted a new kitchen for me including tiling, new floors and plastering where old units had been removed.
From initial contact to the project being finished I felt supported and not rushed to make any decision, Sue and Mark spent approx 2 hours with me whilst i chose Kitchen and other fittings they offered suggestion but let me make the decision. I was impressed by the fact that they told me I could change my mind about what I wanted until the order finally went in.
Carl and his team of fitters/plasterer's electricians were a joy to work with and I felt he was in control of the project. There was a delay in finishing the project entirely but this was because of an issue with suppliers. Carl contacted me to finish as soon as the items were in.
An added plus was the work came in below the cost i was expecting

Was a bit nervous buying a whirlpool bath online without seeing it, however I am pleased I did, professional staff (Dani) kept me updated.
Will definitely be buying from them again.

GW interiors renovated our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Whilst it took longer than anticipated and not all of it ran smoothly (although what build does), we’re absolutely over the moon with the finished result. Marc at the showroom was particularly helpful and the fitters Carl & Ryan were brilliant

Really pleased with my spa bath. Great comms from this company throughout and options to upgrade to add heater and lights. I added lights and so happy I did. It's like a hot tub indoors. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Installation of bathroom units. Highly efficient work.
4 Stars due to instructions not left for bath. In particular how to clean the plug holes (I still do not know how to take off the cap to clean. It is so close to plug hole that water from shower takes a long time to go down ) . The toilet did not flush large solid material away but installer fixed this problem though it still can take four flushes ! Perhaps the design of toilet and not GW fault. The electrical certificate took a long time to arrange. Overall the work was lovely and a pleasure to see.

I would highly recommend GW interiors having bought a Roper Rhodes Widcombe vanity unit with marble top.
The sales team Sue and Sarah were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, much appreciated.The service I received after was excellent and the price was very competitive, thanks again .

We've now had a new bathroom, en suite shower room and downstairs cloak room supplied and fitted by GW Interiors. In all cases from showroom to installation the service has been excellent. Sue and Sam in the showroom couldn't be more helpful and all the fitters from installers to electricians and plasterers have been profesional and approachable. The work has all been finished to a high standard and to time. We plan to refit the kitchen next year, GW will be our first port of call.

Excellent service from the first enquiry with Marc and Sue to the installation of my new bathroom and utility room. We were given a date and time frame for installation and this was kept to despite there being many unforseen issues along the way with it being an old house. The fitters Gavin and Malcolm were superb very knowlegable and skilled and nothing was seen as a problem they just looked for the solutions and discussed everything with us along the way. They worked so hard to keep to the time frame and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome as my bathroom and utility room are stunning.
I would definately recommend this company and I will be using them for any furture ventures.

We ordered a jet bath from the company's ebay shop and were very happy with the communication and service we received.

We accidentally cut through a small pipe when removing the packaging and when I contacted about getting a replacement it was not a problem and was received within a couple of days.

We couldn't be happier with our bath and would highly recommend ordering a jet bath with GW Interiors if you're thinking about it. It is well worth the money!

I would just like to say after calling you and speaking to you and ordering my bath spa it’s now been fitted, even with the lockdown the delivery was on time and arrive and promised, amazing, brilliant customer service, the lady here I spoke it was absolutely fantastic and was able to guide me through what I needed.

I can honestly say it was fantastic to deal with this company . I was guided through what I needed I have constant backpain due to my disability, but I cannot Reiterate how fantastic this company was, and talk about value for money well their products are out of this world.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, this is going to make my life quality so much better, and it’s time is the people that make these wonderful spa baths.
