For your first order, we dispatched within the promised timescales, although the Bank Holiday may have made it seem longer in transit. One of the items was temporarily out of stock, but this was communicated and sent on shortly after.
For your second order, you are right that we made a mistake — a new team member missed one of your items when packing. As soon as you alerted us this morning, we apologised and arranged for the missing item to leave today.
We pride ourselves on both the quality of our products and the way we put things right when errors occur, and I hope that shows in the way we’ve responded. We’d be grateful if you might consider updating your review to reflect the corrective action we’ve taken.

When opened there was an item missing, I contacted the seller and got a lovely personal email back apologising for the mistake. I was unsure on which of a couple of products would be most suited to our dog - Lola. So, I decided to make contact and I was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of response I had from the team there.
Lola is now enjoying a range of yummy treats and enjoying her dummy training out in the fields.

Disgusting service and rude communication
I completed a returns for clothing, the trousers weren't to size, gapped at the waist yet tight around the bum and im slim, it seems the lining is faulty inside anyway, they sent the rudest email then changing their mind about the refund and sending me back the items because they smell of smoke and can't resell them. Firstly they were returned because their faulty, that means morally you shouldn't resell anyway and secondly, I dont smoke , my mefical records will confirm this, so your ploy to get out of a refund for over £100 is disgusting and a breach of the Consumer Goods Act, if they come back to me and I don't get the refund, I'll be seeking litigation via small claims

Thank you for your feedback. We take all returns seriously and have carefully reviewed this case.
When the return was first requested, the reasons provided were fit and appearance (too tight at the waist/bum, jacket thinner than expected). No manufacturing faults were reported at that time. The goods were returned outside of their original packaging and with a strong odour, which means they were not in a resaleable condition. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may return items for change-of-mind reasons, but the retailer is entitled to refuse or reduce refunds if items are not returned in resaleable condition.
We regret that this outcome was not satisfactory for you, but we are holding full evidence of the condition of the items, and are happy to provide this to Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, or a small claims court if required. We will always act in line with UK consumer law and with fairness to our customers.

Appalling Service and communications
Appalling service , ordered a lead and other bits to go to a pick up point , no notifications were received, about the delivery , chased the 1st time and was told the shop had refused to accept it for some reason ? , chased again , and again by emails, phone calls and text messages , got to speak to someone on the mobile number on the email , was told he could not talk , and would call me back , this never happened. Phoned the office telephone number on the order email , which is not working , provided a different delivery address , no acknowledgement of resending it out again, chased again , was eventually told in a email that it was delivered to the delivery point and the shop had "kept it ?" , and why should they be out of pocket. Spoke to the farm shop , who confirmed they do not keep parcels , but send them back, asked for proof of the 2nd delivery and that the shop had kept it , nothing received. I have now been told they have refunded £20.00 of my £41.00 order. The order was placed on the 10th July.

We’re sorry to read this review and that your experience did not meet expectations. The order was dispatched twice to the requested collection point, but unfortunately both deliveries were unsuccessful due to circumstances outside of our control. We did communicate by phone and email, though we regret that we were unable to take your call at the time you reached us as we were attending a family hospital appointment.
To resolve matters fairly, we refunded half of the order value, despite the goods being sent twice at our cost. While we appreciate this outcome was not satisfactory for you, we feel we acted reasonably in the circumstances.
We’re always looking to improve communication and service, and we’re sorry that this order did not go as smoothly as it should have.

We’re sorry to read your review, but we’d like to clarify for anyone else reading: your return was received and your refund was processed on 30th August, in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
We always aim to process refunds as quickly as possible once returned items have been inspected, and confirmation was sent at the time.
If you feel there’s still an issue with the payment reaching your account, we’d encourage you to check with your bank or card provider, as the funds were released from our side on that date.

I ordered a lead, paid delivery, after 3 days I'd not heard anything other than order confirmation.
So I decided to email and cancel the order.
On reply i received an email from them insinuating i cant read, and how they are blessed with 1000s of customers who can read..
He finished his rant by saying i should have patience, kidness, and read the information provided ( but I cant read) and wished me good luck ordering from amazon.
They are not paying back the delivery as apparently they have paid for that already!! thieves

To clarify for others reading: all delivery timeframes and dispatch information are clearly displayed on every page of our website. Orders are normally processed within 5 working days, which was explained at the time of purchase. Your request for cancellation came just 3 working days after placing your order, which was still within our stated processing times.
As per our terms, delivery charges are non-refundable once goods have been prepared for dispatch, since these costs are paid directly to the courier.
We appreciate that many customers are used to next-day services from Amazon, but as a small independent retailer we can’t always compete on speed — instead, we focus on offering specialist products, knowledgeable support, and a personal service.
We understand frustrations can run high, and regret that our email exchange escalated. We always aim for respectful communication and will take your comments on board to improve how we handle queries in the future.
