Visited Warrington on probably the wetest day of the year. I booked the afternoon ticket 2pm start. We arrived 1hr early, just getting from the car park we were soaked, i was on a mobility scooter. On a day like this the park was far from full, I asked could we be allowed in early as we were already wet and cold and had two autistic children with us, flat NO so i went over to the ticket office to ask could I pay for an extra hour? NO! id have to pay for the full day for 5 of us even though half the day had gone. I get there are rules but a little compassion on a wet and cold day would have gone a long long way. When we were allowed in at 2pm on the dot there was 4 families queuing. The children loved it but as a disabled adult I found there was not a lot of sheltered/indoor places. An Indoor play area would have been great. The day was worth the money though and the staff were friendly.

Gulliver theme park Warrington is rubbish the rollercoaster is bad and the management is rubbish staff weren’t the best with the ticket price try other Merlin theme park include Alton or Thorpe park

Have visited and stayed in all 4 locations now. This yr was in milton Keynes. Most of the staff were great. The cabin we stayed in wasn't all good and needs a fair bit of tlc. Mini fridge can barely put anything in, pillows weren't nice and only 2, bathroom loo roll holder and towel rail broken. And the smell from the lake wasnt pleasent. The dino land and farm was a massive let down and far from advertised. The park itself was ok, the loos need more regular checks as no loo roll. The food menus for the staying guests need a overhaul too as well as all the extra charges for activities. Kids loved the rides at the main park and was overall clean etc.

Terrible customer service after I paid for a digital photo that I was never able to access.

I visited Gullivers Kingdom and paid £9 for a ride photo for the sole reason I would be able to access a digital copy of the photo within 30 days. When I tried to access the digital copy using the QR code only 4 days later it wouldn’t work.

I contacted the central Gullivers customer services department who couldn’t care less. After numerous emails and phone calls all they said was they passed on my request to the specific Gullivers Kingdom team and there was nothing more they could do. When I asked for direct contact details of Gullivers Kingdom team they refused to share them.

I was charged for a product that was never given to me and no one at Gullivers Kindgom or Gullivers World took any accountability or cared in the slightest to address the issue. Unfortunately looking at the other complaints on here it’s clear they don’t care about anyone else’s customer service issues either.

They are criminals relying on the fact no one is going to waste their time and money taking legal action against them.

Visited the Dino Park within Gulliver’s on 12/8/26
While my 5yo granddaughter had fun I have to say this place needs an overhaul. It’s tired and mostly shabby. Looks largely uncared for. It could be so good with more effort. The boat engine sounded awful too. Small children probably don’t notice these things but we won’t be going again unless there are positive changes

Every year for the last 4 years we've been to Gullivers Milton Keynes. 3 years in a row to the Dino Farm and Park, last year to Gullivers main park with friends. We promote these theme parks and are loyal customers. We had a rainy day and extreme queues last visit but we were looking forward to coming back this summer to enjoy this bigger theme park properly.

I purchased 2 Wowcher deals that were being offered for Gullivers, as having lost my job I was thrilled to find we could still visit this year with the deal saving us £36. I bought 2 to see how it worked, because I'm new to Wowcher. Wowcher said in order to redeem a theme park voucher we needed to contact the merchant. I contacted the merchant immediately on purchasing the deal, last Thursday but had to wait for a response, which never came. I chased the merchant again and finally received a response the following Monday, so FIVE WHOLE DAYS later. The merchant (Alison who is Head of Group Sales) said there was no code needed, and we could turn up with the voucher Wowcher had issued. Finally, I could progress and tried to buy the rest of the family's tickets. But due to the extreme delay the deal had ended! I contacted Wowcher, and was told I would receive contact from customer service, which 3 days later still hasn't come despite being a so called VIP.

I contacted Gullivers for help. I pointed out their 5 day delay in responding and having to chase and they refused to honour another 3 tickets at the same price. Its quite short sighted of a theme park to do this. Its only £18 difference, which they can afford but I cant as a single mum. They've lost what would have been customers for life. It was their fault for not responding and Wowchers fault for creating a hurdle that wasnt needed, making me think I needed another code before I would receive the voucher put me off buying the rest in case I didnt receive any of them in time. Given Gullivers part in this (I mean, 5 days, really??) I would have expected better customer service but it wasnt forthcoming and it has soured my view of the park. Single parent families deserve joy too and having told the kids we are going next Monday im so furious. When we have some more funds we will be going to Alton Towers every year instead.

If I could give it zero I would. Landed at 1.35 with tickets for 2pm. Walked up very slowly to the gate with my son who is autistic. Asked could we get in at 1.40, 20mins earlier and they said no. They asked us to buy a full day ticket instead. But by this stage my son had a melt down, its not as if we were asking in at 9am but 15mins early after travelling a far distance. When we went in then about 13.50 i was shocked to see how bad of condition the entire park is. Grubby outlets, wood that hasnt seen paint in years, a lake full of rubbish, the general upkeep was shocking. We left early at 3.15 approx due to the length of queues and if you are a parent of an autistic child you will realise how long it takes for a meltdown to come back to a level of control and normality. £50 for a family and I got my kid onto 2 rides. A shockingly bad day out never again.

Run down, disappointing.. half of it was shut the other half should have been…
Kids had a bit of fun but honestly, would not recommend , we will not be going again..
we stayed at the Gulliver’s resort next to the park too.. it was utterly disgusting and I did not feel at ease with any of it… terrible
I think two stars is being kind…

We have been to Gullivers Valley Resort 5 years on the trot now, we have loved it everytime it is never too busy that the queues are long which is great for the kids.

There is a nice selection of mild rides and a couple more thrilling rides. The food is delicious and served relatively quickly.

Each time we have visited the staff seem better and more settled with how to run the day, as the first time we went it had a lot of teething problems but the park had not long since opened so i think they were just finding their footing.

The characters are fun for the kids to meet and the staff walking around are always friendly and happy to help.

Most of the staff running the rides are great at getting the kids excited and adding to the fun and sillyness making jokes waving etc.

The accomadation has always been lovely and clean, aswell as comfortable and easy to find. The park on site near the cabins is a lovely added extra for when the park shuts at 5pm but the kids are still raring to go.

The entertainment is great with cast members playing singing and dancing with the kids.

We did marshmallow toasting. We didnt take part but the scooter adventure looked and sounded so fun.

We have stayed in the Castle which is worth it just for the kids to feel like a princess, BUT you can hear people coming and going from their rooms as the walls are thin and the doors are loud.

We stayed in the pirate cabins which were fantastic, the decor made us feel like we really were pirates my girls loved it and we even had a little outdoor game on our porch.

The mermaid and unicorn cabins were great, very cute and "girly" but not decorated anywhere near as magical as the pirate places.

This most recent time we stayed in a pixie pod it was great just big enough for the 4 of us, a bathroom a double bed and bunk beds and a small dining table. Then a table and chairs on the porch which was lovely for us to sit out and play card games. The decor wasn't as magical as the pirate room but was still cute with little toadstools prints etc.

I wish you could access your cabin earlier in the day rather than 4pm.

The biggest let down we have found is that there is a height restriction for the MASSIVE bouncey castle, my oldest daughter is tall for her age she hasnt been able to go on the bouncey castle even though she would love it. This then messes the sunday morning up when we stay over because breakfast finishes at 9.30 you must check out your room by 10 AM but no rides other than the bouncey castle open until 10.30 so if you have tall children like me you just have to sit around until 10.30 when the rides open Its such a shame!

We still love Gullivers and hope to visit again, the prices of overnight stays have gone up a lot since the first couple of times we stayed over but still seems worth it at the minute

The toilets before you enter the park are very dirty. The staff were nice people. No maps were provided which lead to getting lost. The whole park stank of sewage. The prices are so high. £17 for a balloon and £6 for a slushie is just too expensive. Lines were too long. All the big rides closed too. I am never coming back

Shocking customer service and the senior managers obviously don’t put customers first!

We stayed overnight at Gulliver’s Valley Sheffield in the Mermaid Den (Nixie) and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The accommodation was not clean at all — the fridge, floor and shower room all had visible dirt and grime, which isn’t what you expect when paying for a family stay.

The night‑time entertainment area wasn’t much better. The tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while, which made the whole place feel neglected.The food options were also below standard. The choice was limited, the quality wasn’t great, and the prices were far too high for what was being served.

The one positive was that the children enjoyed the rides, which is the main reason we visited.When we checked out, I mentioned all the issues, but the response was a half‑hearted “sorry, we’ll raise it”, which didn’t give much confidence that anything would actually change.Gulliver’s Valley Sheffield has potential, but the cleanliness, food quality and customer care really need improving for the stay to feel worth the money.

Visited Gulliver’s Kingdom at Matlock today and we had the most amazing time. Happy kids happy mum. An extra special mention of the lady on the Tree Top drop ride Rachel her name was she was fantastic with the children a very happy face and nothing was to much for her. Very friendly and welcoming and made sure everyone was ok on the ride. So nice to see lovely staff like Rachel she definitely made my children smile. Will 100% be back again!! Great place!!

Warrington Hotel
Good - Bed comfortable, heating good, ventilation good. Pod clean on arrival, not serviced during stay. Water pressure low. Not sure how it will cope with more rooms opening.
Bar area OK, but small if hotel, plus extra accommodation areas, full. Will offer Uber eats if food service closed.
Only using as room as convenient place to stay, cannot comment on any other facilities. Used bunk room as wardrobe and dressing room.
Have previously stayed in main hotel building, larger room, but no sound proofing and had herd of elephants staying in room above, and noise from adjacent rooms.
Not so good -
New reception area came into operation - no signage, just locked old gates. Very convoluted, and poorly lit, new route into hotel. Very poor, no notice to those already checked in. No apology on checking out, not even a have a good day.
Wifi intermittent, phone signal O2 non existent. TV signal non- existent at some times.
Staying in 'pod'. Double bed up against a wall and open side cramped. No where to put anything beside bed or to put folded clothes. Needs shelf above hanging rail and small bedside table.
Water pressure low, though shower just about acceptable, but no soap in shower.
Tea/coffee etc on arrival, but room not serviced during stay, so no top up for days 2 and 3.
'New' Car park (old unsurfaced overspill car park) very tight spaces and not full complete. Only partial tarmac and no decent lighting. Hopefully will be resolved once pirate rooms open.
Raised all issues with staff team, didn't seem to care.

Very good value -full day of rides and activities

We went today family of five 2 children was age 7-10 one of the children had needs some of the staff was very helpful but some totally clueless , we queued up for the rides then get told not working , some of the rides won’t even open very very disappointed, we went to get a hot drink and didn’t have half of the things what you had advertised up on the menu ,sadly we won’t be coming back to say it’s local to us too we just disappointed , 😞

Prices work on a sliding scale earlier you book cheaper they are, visited Matlock and it’s just tired, all the figures are paint chipped the rides poorly maintained with industrial tape flapping on the log flume, and vile stagnant water, this them park is seasonal (closes oct-March) so no real excuse for it looking this tatty, food on offer vile over priced and cooked in stale fat, with limited options, £7,95 for a kids bundle which wasn’t too bad but the fries were undercooked, we did order a side of onion rings and they were delicious and we did pass someone who had pizza and they looked decent so maybe we just chose wrong,

The one thing that set this place aside from anywhere else I’ve visited lately were the staff!

They were all exceptional, friendly, polite, respectful! Every single team member seemed genuinely happy to be working and really were amazing

Just need to work on appearances as it’s tatty and let’s it’s down
