Your review appears to surround the data costs based on usage with the SIM we provided rather than the camera or our service.
Our accompanying SIM card is non-contractual and comes with a free 1GB data that can be used without any payment details being entered. This allows the customer to see if it is right for them or not.
We are always clear our cameras are not locked to the SIM and customers can use any SIM of their choice which we think is fair.
In terms of pricing, there are some differences to standard SIMs. Our SIM is multi-network meaning it will find the strongest network anywhere home or abroad (useful for customers securing remote places).
Additionally you get full support for your SIM and camera from our friendly team in N. Yorkshire who are always on hand to help you stay online! We think our pricing for such features, service and full support is fair (over 90% of our customers spend no more than £6.99/m on a non contract SIM with the option to upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at any time.)

Great camera. Super fast shipping - next day in fact. Very professional. Customer support are second to none. They are there to help you with any questions. I really like Guard My Farm cameras
I really like Guard My Farm cameras. I've now got 6 cameras currently on my system, guarding our home and business property. One is sim card powered, and the rest are WiFi. Very reliable and easy to view system with good app. I've tried others like Swann and Arlo, and spent a lot of money and ended up being highly dissappointed and throwing the lot in the bin, mainly on charging issues.
Guard my farm cameras never have charging issues with their own supplied solar panels. My cameras always hold to 100%. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Would I buy more? Absolutely! Fast reliable delivery too.
If you're disappointed I'd be extremely surprised.

Great Cameras
I have been using Guard My Farm cameras for about a year now, they are well made and do the do very well. I have not had to top the charge up for the cameras, they have been used on solar the whole time. Picture quality is great and the PTZ works well. This is why I have come back to purchase another camera and I plan to purchase a couple more in due course. The delivery of the recent purchase was quick.

Fantastic camera
I bought a Guard my farm camera to keep an eye on my 31yr old mare in her stable. Set up was very easy and the picture quality is amazing. I use the 4G one in a very poor reception area with very thick stable walls and have never had an issue and £6.99 gives me more than enough data. Customer service was exceptional and are very quick to respond to queries. The app is great and easy to use. Fantastic product at half the price of some others

Good product
Fast delivery, good product so far, easy to install, works well.
I am using it at my dog training centre on the main gate where there is no power, so far its been great, notifications are in good time etc, the only criticisms would be to put better instructions in regarding which way round the SD & Simm cards go & a bit better detail on the functional operations on the app, but to be absolutely fair at the moment I can't fault it, good bit of kit, without doubt I will be getting a couple more.

Good bit of kit easy to set up, had quite a few false alarms but when I got to grip with the settings all ok now, it’s is in a exposed position with the weather, so will see regard’s longevity.

We are delighted you are happy with your camera. Regarding longevity, you should have no problems. Our cameras are situated in rural N.Yorks and have endured some typically pretty bleak and wet winters over the last few years, however we had not seen our power levels drop below 95%.
If you have ever any issues, you know where we are. 😊👍
4G Outdoor Wireless Security Camera
We ordered the 4G Outdoor Wireless Security Camera and are so pleased. The easiest set I have ever done and connected to the sim with no issues. We can now monitor the stables easily day and night. It's the little things that were brilliant, the tweezers so by big fingers could put in the cards and secondly, the templates for the camera and solar panel so you knew exactly where to drill without measuring. Really pleased, Great Camera and security.

Started out great, now can rarely connect to either camera and one won’t connect at all.
Just cheap Chinese cameras with good branding and marketing.

I bought two WIFI cameras a month ago. I am so impressed.
Easy to set up. Great picture and performance.
I will be ordering two more shortly before the price rise June 1st.
If you're considering security cameras these are great value and you won't regret it.

Quick delivery just what we needed. The 4G camera was easy to set up very good instructions. It has given us reassurance we can now see our sheep in the field, having had a bad experience with a dog attack.
Data was a reasonable price.
We are going to get another one for the farmyard. Excellent camera especially when you haven’t got access to WiFi.

The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. I had a problem with my camera connection and there was no limit to the help I received, over several days. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great company to deal with.

I very rarely write reviews, and almost never for products advertised via Facebook. But in this instance I have to say this has been one of the best farm related buys I’ve made all year. My only problem now is I don’t have more of them -yet- .

Awesome customer service
Quick delivery, easy to set up, data is not expensive in my opinion, customer service is awesome I had an issue with the first camera I bought, I let the team have 24hr access to the camera so they could work out what was wrong, to which they did very quickly. So impressed with them I have bought another. Highly recommend.
