What a fantastic company. The website is easy to navigate and the camera arrived securely packaged and with very clear set up instructions. Due to no fault of the company, I had to return the camera because it was a bit too big for my exact set up. I called and explained my situation and Mitch was so helpful and friendly and completely understood. He processed my return immediately and advised me the best way to return. It arrived back and my refund was processed straight away. Anytime I needed support, phonecalls were answered or returned quickly and emails answered thoroughly and quickly also. A fantastic company with great products and great customer service.
If they release a camera which is the right size for my set up, (need something a bit smaller and discreet), I will be ordering again in a heartbeat.

If I could give zero stars, I would bought cameras over two months ago they were stolen and they never even offered to replace them or a refund obviously they were not insured for something like this to happen

The cameras arrive well packaged, and are great looking cameras. They are come with very clear instructions, and were very easy to install. Love that the deliveries are tracked, so you receive a very detailed email just after your order arrives.

Customer support is great, Jack really knows his stuff! I am hoping in the future to have a whole standalone system running on solar, and Jack has already given great advice on this

I have just recommissioned my bullet camera after it had been unused for two years with a broken antenna.

New antenna supplied foc and technical support to get up and running was excellent thank you.
