Customer service is excellent. I had a few queries with the products I purchased and emailed for advice and information. The response time was fantastic and the replies very helpful.
Compared to other companies that specialise in Earthing products Groundology is very reasonable in its pricing. I was even given a 'new customer discount' when the 'voucher' I obtained on the internet proved to be invalid. I thought that was most decent of them.

When I came across the idea of grounding (I watched the Earthing movie) it made so much sense to me, and it made me realise just how little I connected with the ground myself. It seems such a common sense thing to do, but so few of us do it regularly. We have forgotten that the earth can heal us.

So I started grounding myself every day and really started to feel a difference - better sleep, feeling calmer, and the pain from the plantar fasciitis I've had for the past 18 months really started to resolve. I then started to look into earthing mats, and found Groundology, an excellent UK website with a great range of products and information about grounding. The website was very easy to use, I received a very quick response to a query I had, and the order I placed was sent out very quickly. I now use a grounding mat at work, and one at night at home. I still ground outside every morning and night, and I'll go barefoot whenever I can when out walking through the day. I've just placed an order for a recovery bag, which I think will be a great benefit for my husband.

Very helpful with the products they sell.And I have a grounding mat Which I put my feet on while watching television and it really dose make you feel relaxed.The book I also have is great to read as you will learn a lot from it .As it dose explain a lot about how it helps people in lots of ways,

Seite ein Silberlaken, 50x260 gekauft, und habe unfreiwillig in den letzten 2 Tagen einen Doppeltblindversuch durchgeführt. Ich war verreist, natürlich mit dem Laken. In der ersten Nacht wieder zu Hause, wurden meine Füsse trotz des Lakens nicht warm. Zum allerersten Mal, denn das ist bei mir die eindeutigste Veränderung durch das Laken bislang gewesen: Meine Füsse wurden immer super schnell warm und blieben es auch. Wer wie ich schon jahrelang mit kalten Füssen nicht einschlafen konnte, und dann immer eine Wärmflasche brauchte, weiss wovon ich spreche. Ich dachte nur "Ohje, war das jetzt auch alles nur Placebo, die letzten 2-3 Wochen? Oder bin ich noch zu durcheinander von der Reise ...?" usw. - Gestern abend, schon wieder das gleiche "Theater": Die Füsse blieben kalt. Aber als ich kurz an den Nachtisch stiess, berührte ich da das Erdungskabel, also an einem Platz, wo es eigentlich nichts zu suchen hatte. Und es machte endlich "Klick". Ich hatte nach der Reise vergessen, das Kabel wieder in die Steckdose zu stecken. Und meine Füsse waren binnen Minuten wieder warm, als ich den Fehler behob. Aber noch wichtiger war das wieder hergestellte Vertrauen in Ihr Produkt. Denn wenn es die Mikrozirkulation in den Füssen so eindeutig verbessern kann, ist ja klar, dass an zig anderen Stellen des Körpers ebenfalls positive Veränderungen ablaufen.

Earthing is simply the greatest asset for health care that I know of. In the year since I started Earthing several health concerns have been either greatly improved or cured completely. My body feels as though it is gradually being ‘reset’ to function as it should. Groundology supply all you need & for a more than reasonable price. Fast delivery & helpful advice if you have questions. It is worth buying the Earthing book, sold by Groundology.
I am very surprised by the negative reviews. In my experience the one or two people I know who haven’t found Earthing helpful were not using the equipment correctly. Like sleeping on the Mat wearing pyjamas! Or using Earthing for too short a time, or only intermittently. To get the full benefit I believe one should incorporate Earthing into one’s daily life, just like brushing one’s teeth.
I suffered a severe Burn Out ten years ago, which left me with many complicated health problems. Earthing is the only thing that has corrected, & in some cases cured, them. One needs to be patient. Some results were felt very quickly, others appeared over time. Finally, I have always found Groundology to be courteous & helpful.

Giving a star for the customer service as queries were answered promptly and there were no issues with delivery. However, the fact that the grounding sheet does not come with a satisfaction guarantee, should be a warning to prospective customers.

Firstly, the grounding half sheet (designed to be laid on top of our fitted sheet and tucked under the mattress) is an off white colour with a grid pattern and looks ugly. Granted, it may be hidden by the duvet, but the thin fabric is constantly getting bunched up and pushed down the bed as soon as we slide into it. Either that or our feet slip under it and get tangled up.
Secondly, and most importantly, after 2 months of use there have been no noticeable health benefits whatsoever. I use a tracker to monitor sleep quality, resting heart rate and stress management score and my stats have not improved. If anything, I'm more stressed at the thought of wasting £125 on a piece of useless fabric which needs to be constantly repositioned!
Save your money and start the day with a barefoot cuppa in the garden instead.

I started Earthing in July after a severe trauma in April. I started Earthing outside daily & had instantaneous results. The only thing that worked ( for me ). I was delighted to know that there is a company , a reputable one,
who sell products so I can keep it up daily through the winter.
The delivery was swift & I can actually feel tingling sensations in my feet when using my matt.
I am a very happy customer & now I've friends & some family members that are going to invest also.

Die alte Erdungsmatte wurde ohne Umstände ersetzt!

Wir haben eine Erdungsmatte fürs unter den Bettbezug bestellt und genutzt. Der Schlaf wurde besser. Jedoch nach nur einem Jahr Nutzung zerfällt die Matte in tausend Einzelteile. Die Qualiät des Produktes ist absolut schlecht. Und ja die Matte wurde nie gewaschen sondern nur mit einem feuchten Tuch abgerieben.

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I have bought several items now from Groundology - the half sheet, the small mat and the quilted mat - and have always been happy with them. They answer my questions thoroughly (and I had quite a few) and delivery is fast. I always test my items with a cheap multimeter and have never had a problem with receiving a bad product. I sleep much better since putting the sheet on my bed and I notice when it's not plugged in.

My husband has been suffering with high blood pressure and does everything you could possibly do to lower it with a healthy diet and exercise - hence I invested in a grounding sheet hoping this might help, given the claims. After 2 months of use, there has been no change whatsoever - not even a small one. His blood pressure has remained high - he takes his blood pressure twice daily for the GP. Although my husband's blood pressure was the main reason for the purchase, the mention that it also helps with sleep and anxiety were a factor too. I have been anxious and had trouble sleeping for some time now and I still do, so no change there either. Overall from the numerous benefits listed - we also suffer from other ailments that it is meant to help with :) - there have been no significant improvements to our health. I can't think of anything positive to say except it arrived on time. Apart from that, If you are considering buying one of these please think twice as this is an awful lot of money for no result - try doing the barefoot method of grounding as this costs nothing and may even work! I have also noticed there is nowhere to leave reviews on the site...hmmmm

My husband and I have been using an earthing sheet since February. It arrived fast, nice to touch and easy to wash.
However, the above doesn't really matter when such an expensive purchase does nothing. We track our sleep and health using wearable devices and I looked through data after a couple of months of use and nothing has changed. We feel no subjective improvements on any of our health concerns either.
Sorry but it's an overhyped heath trend. I hope my review helps someone to use their money wiser than I did :)

The product was highly recommended by my ex and it’s the best product to lower the blood sugar. I purchased the band and it works amazingly and would highly recommend it

I recently purchased a Groundology pillow case and grounding band after watching a documentary on Gaia about earthing. I’ve been using both these products for two weeks and I would like to highly recommend these products to anyone who may be suffering from symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, physical pain or emotional distress. In my case these products have gave me a relief from my symptoms they have reduced my anxiety and I no longer have heart palpitations so my alertness and hyper arousal is lower. I can sleep better and daily tasks like going to noisy places like shops are more bearable. These changes alone have lifted my mood and I now have hope for the future as I have been suffering these symptoms for years. I can’t wait to feel the long term effects. If you are trying to decide if this is the right purchase to make I urge you to buy and have full faith it works you found these products for a reason.

I recently ordered a grounding mat over the phone. I left a message and received a call back soon after the same day. Knowing very little about grounding I was making enquiries about it all,and the lady I spoke to was very happy to answer all my questions. She was really friendly and helpful...also recommending the right size for my needs (and not the more expensive one). The package arrived in very good time,well packaged, and I know somethings going on because well, it just nicely tingles sometimes and I am sleeping well!
I would highly recommend this company for customer service and product value definitely.

I purchased two items from Groundology, after being introduced to the concept of grounding by my very switched on grandson (thank you, Lewis!) One was a gift so I'm not able to comment on it but the other, an auto seat pad, was a gift from me to me.
When driving on long car journeys - 5 hours or more, I always used to get very sleepy - not ideal when you're driving - and although there are motorway service stations, they don't conveniently follow your route! I decided to try an auto seat pad as it was stated that it could reduce tiredness.
I have just made two long journeys and felt absolutely great - no sign of tiredness, not even a yawn! So if you are trying to decide if an auto seat pad is for you, my experience leads me to recommend them without hesitation.
I had a couple of queries post purchase and my e-mails were fully answered by return. All-in-all a very satisfied customer.

Having stumbled upon the Earthing / Grounding concept somewhat by accident, I was fully of questions that were promptly and intelligently answered. Service was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever. I can safely say that having slept on various grounding products for the last 18 months they have completely changed my life - I even took my sheet skiing with me in March - my first time after a 23 year break - arrived home barely able to move each night having skiied all day, and yet up and ready for the off each morning after a night on my sheet as if each day was Day 1! How many other 55 year olds could say that!

Looking at the 1 star review from Ajanice Aking - I can only think she was referring to the single pin on the end of the long cable that PLUGS INTO the 3 pin plug that is provided as part of the product (as can be seen here: - see /earth-connection-plug-uk page on the site. If the 3 pin plug itself was missing then it was, I'm sure, a simple packing error!

Have got two items from them and asked why each only has 1 prong on plug. It's uk and plugs have 3 prongs...still waiting for reply
