The Groovy Food Co Arvostelua 

I have used this company before without a problem - not so this time. I placed an order on 28 July and have still not received it. I have emailed them twice but have had no reply - I don't like being ignored hence this review. I said in my email that if I did not get my order in a day or two I wanted a refund, or I would be asking my card provider to do a chargeback. Not happy as I really do want the product I ordered.
11/08/26 Addition to the above. I have today received my order - by overnight courier, so obviously as a result of my emails and this review.
However, Groovy Food did not reply to my emails at all - no apology or explanation at all from them. No compliment slip in with the order. Somewhat lacking in communication skills with their customers, which is not what you expect when you look at their website.
As you cannot get the product I ordered in shops anymore, I will probably have to order from them again. Let's hope the next time is better than this!
Update 12/08/26 - I have had a reply since writing the above. The company has explained the reason for the delay and apologised. They have also offered a complimentary product as compensation. I feel a bit bad now about my original review - but I could only speak as I found at the time!

Wonderful product - great supplier (Dolphin Fitness) - been using their honey for the last two years with relish and joy and will continue to do so - just ordered another 6 squeeze pits - highly recommend led!

I cannot praise Groovy Food products high enough. I always buy various chocolate sauces for myself and the kids, as an alternative to the high processed supermarket ranges, and they are absolutely amazing. They taste great, they are not too sweet, unlike the commercial brands, and most importantly, they go well with absolutely everything.
I must admit, I was quite surprised with negative comments as I always got my orders on time, never delayed and never product with close to sell by date.
I bought their honeys too and they were delicious.
I would definitely recommend.

No country of origin on most of the products . Yet they claim organic . No means of communication as their phone number is on answer machine. So basically just another one of the companies that sell the label

Poor communication, delayed order, no updates on dispatch or to messages

I bought some of their creamed coconut and about a third of the way down the jar it had gone all brown. I emailed them and asked them about it and they said that I should warm up the jar and it would become normal. I tried this but it just created a brown gunge. I emailed them again asking them to replace the product. They did not reply. I noticed that the product was close to its sell by date. If a company won't replace a bad product, they should be avoided. I bought it at Tesco, York. My email to them was on the 16/3/19
