Grind Arvostelua 

I've been ordering the pods for around 2 years, and have enjoyed the long pods, BUT I have noticed over the last 3 months, that my various coffee machines, are not working as they should. It started with my Outin Nano, it would burst open and water would spout from everywhere. After some posting online, I was told to pierce the pods before use, and low and behold this worked. Apparently the compostible pods are the cause, the pods can't cope with the pressure. I have now started having problems with 2 different nespresso pixie machines that I use, and again I have found if I pre pierce, then I can get a brew. Now I don't know if this has always been a problem, or if they have changed some element of their pods, but enough is enough, 3 machines faulty, tell me it's a pod problem not a fault with my machines. I did message customer services, and was sent a form to complete, which I did, but heard nothing back from them. I've now cancelled my subscription, and will try another brand.

As previously mentioned in my original reveiw, I have already emailed you about this, but had no response.

My first order from Grind and I'm not impressed.
I accept that I should have searched for the exact weight of the Matcha that I was ordering because the bag is tiny! This is for a present so I wanted to purchase a top quality brand but I am now too embarrassed to give it as it is so very small and only looks like it would cost a few pounds. The complementary tin is also very small. I will not be ordering again.

Lovely tasting decaffeinated ground coffee, however, it would be nice to receive discount on multibuy or free p&p especially as a loyal customer.

I bought the Miffy cups as they’re adorable, and very much as adorable in person. However, they cracked on first use. Emailed customer service so shall see what they say

Nice enough product. But over priced

Love the coffee and love that the pods are biodegradable (which honestly should be a legal requirement for all companies).

Only criticism would be the lack of choices when it comes to decaf. As a coffee lover who's had to switch to decaf due to medication, I miss having a variety of choices.

The irony is that Grind hasn’t even dispatched my order, yet the automated review request arrived remarkably quickly.

You have taken my payment, but I’ve received neither my order nor a clear delivery update. Are you actually going to dispatch it? At this point, it feels like you’re collecting customers’ money without fulfilling the orders.

Please stop sending automated review emails and tell me when my order will be shipped:)

I have a Grind subscription for coffee (for almost a year). The coffee is good, but the best part is the flexibility: sometimes I get through less of it, or more of it, than I expect. And it is lovely and easy to bring a date forward, push a date back, or skip a delivery. Helpful email reminder a few days ahead of dispatch too, so I can check and see what if anything I need to do. My best subscription.

Quality items and really cute too! Love that the miffy cafetière is bodum branded too

Delivery quick and perfect.

I have had the Iced Oat Caffè Latte cans and the decaf Pods before, knew what I was getting, they are great and a regular purchase.

The only new purchase was the Limited Edition Decaf Coffee Beans which are foul and undrinkable. I certainly won't buy these again.

But mostly good!!
