I have received my coffee pod advent calendar which was delivered promptly and well packaged. I am looking forward to opening it in December. It is very well made and looks so pretty and unusual.

My favourite coffee company so I can only say the usual things, brilliant coffee, great service, good prices, two free gifts and served up with a bit of humour.

Great service from ordering to delivery, delicious coffee, having had the advent calendar last year decided to go for it again and now also experiencing some of your new flavours prior to the countdown.

Parcel arrived quickly, cap is really nice and fits well

The matcha set was a great price and the ceremonial grade matcha powder is amazing. It’s refreshing and doesn’t have that grassy taste. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Took my order and money. Received confirmation email. Then received a further email saying item out of stock, and now sold out. Better stock control would avoid disappointment and the need to be refunded!

I had an Editions subscription, started off well, but this year they’ve had a bunch of brand collabs, where they’ve been overwhelmed by orders and delayed the subscriptions.
Also I’ve had the same batch of coffee, roasted in June my last 3 deliveries, I’ve now cancelled.
The coffee was good, but unfortunately the logistics not so much

I’m a regular customer for years now. The quality is getting worse. I have received a wrong coffee tin - I emailed, no response.
I am truly upset. The coconut coffee doesn’t taste good at all.

I ordered the Miffy cups last week while they were in stock and I’ve still not received them. I also ordered the tin a day later, which was delivered yesterday.

I’ve contacted on social media but haven’t had a reply as yet. I’d quite like to know where my order is.

04/09: order refunded. I don’t know why because no one has replied. I don’t expect a response, but I won’t be bothering with Grind again.

I’ve been really impressed with Grind. The coffee tastes fantastic, the quality is consistently excellent and there’s a great selection to choose from.

I also love the overall brand and convenience of ordering, with everything arriving well packaged and fresh. It’s become one of my go-to choices for coffee at home.

I received my first order as a present and the tin came scratched and marked. After requesting a refund I was ignored and sent another empty tin. Which also came marked and scratched!!! Terrible product and customer service

Coffee capsules are the best tasting out there with the big bonus that they are compostable and kind to the environment. Recently got the Grind 2 machine and frother and am delighted with both. Looks great on the kitchen counter.
