Good value and flavour
Got a good amount of bars and shakes pretty cheap and a load of gifts like a welcome gift, some free creatine for spending £60 and free delivery. Can't complain really, a lot cheaper than I could've bought it all in retail. I got the Oreo, White Oreo and Creme Egg protein bars which are all pretty banging. Got the fudge brownie protein shake which is a bit sickly-sweet but that's kind of what you expect with fudge brownie. Haven't tried the free stuff they gave me yet but the raspberry creatine is pretty decent tasting

Great tasting bars delivered the next…
Great tasting bars delivered the next day . The free gift gave us chance to try all the different flavours, and all are really nice but the dark chocolate mint is king ! Will definitely order again .

Great products and insanely fast shipping (my order was with me in less than 24hrs!!). I've been buying Grenade protein bars from Tesco/local shops for years, and finally caved and bought in bulk online. Not only have I started earning rewards, but I also received a free welcome gift! Items not shipped, courier information still states awaiting product. I have emailed twice regarding this and both times I have been told something different, I was even asked to check with neighbours. The order hasn't been received by the courier and thats clearly seen on the tracking details. Poor service from start to finish, and still no order or update 10 days later.

I never need worry about running out of…
I never need worry about running out of these delicious protein bars, I just order by 11pm and i have them less than 24 hours later!!
When i first tried the Grenade bars, I was certain that their claims of 20g of protein, 1.4g of sugar and only 200 calories, were bogus, because they taste so amazing!!! But I researched far and side, and found out that they are 100% LEGIT!!
I have one for breakfast and I don't get hungry again until mid-afternoon!! Very impressive!!
