Always a good experience with grenade.
Always a good experience with grenade. Products are good. Service is good. The only thing I would say is that the box they sent my 2 little boxes of bars in was very big. Maybe rethink packaging for sending. Apart from that I will be returning to grenade to purchase more protien bars.

We have a problem with DPD every time…
We have a problem with DPD every time when they deliver a grenade order and we brought this to the attention of the grenade customer service who said it wasn’t their problem and I should complain to DPD myself.
I found this unusual as DPD was contracted by Grenade and not me

Probably my last order
The good points: quick delivery.
The bad points: didn’t order sale items but received protein bars produced August 2025 - leaving only 3 months to the BBE. For full priced items this seems poor. Tried to use a points saved to use against purchase. Somehow that disappeared. Feel like this brand is losing its way

Good Products but Service not as Advertised
The products I ordered are good however there were some hiccups in the service. Delivery was a day later than advertised (possibly I ordered too late to hit the overnight delivery but this should be mentioned in their ordering). In addition, as a new customer, I was promised a welcome pack of free bars but this only seemed related to certain orders and was not included in my order.
