Appalling service!!

Unfortunately there is nothing good to say about this company. At the start of the year I went for it, and opened up my own small exterior cleaning business. Shortly after I had a phone call from
Charlotte at GPS. I was given a run down on what they can do to boost my business on google, which sounded amazing and was full of many promises (as you could imagine). £150 from my already torn to shreds budget to start this business was a big risk for me but it sounded like a no brainer especially considering the cleaning season was upon us,
I was then passed on to Kurt. This is where it got really bad. Kurt is a very good talker and will talk the talk all day but unfortunately cannot walk the walk and fails to deliver massively. After providing everything needed my end to get things running on to Kurt, the handbrake was still on. I had a good few customer reviews added from recent customers to my google page which really helped my end, but then for no explained reason I was suspended from google. After chasing Kurt for many months on this case I have been fed nothing but utter rubbish, promised to send me proof he was chasing my case, nothing. Promised to keep in touch, nothing. The excuse that you are to busy is just not good enough. Imagine I said that to one of my customers? “Sorry love I can’t come back to finish the other half of your patio, I’ve been busy”. I really would not bother with this company, quick to take your money but not to help you out. Praying on start up businesses is just disgusting, then leaving them in the dark too. This company should be shut down, pretty much ruined my google presence and lost me a lot of potential £££’s this season. Stay well clear of GPS marketing. I have now seen many similar reviews across google about GPS and wish I looked into it first, my mistake which I will not be making again, I will also be applying for a charge back on my credit card for the £150 as I have not received the service promised in any shape or form and as a small business now struggling due to this big issue they have caused. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!! They will try to tell you the money you pay is an ‘admin fee’ but please don’t be fooled, it makes no difference they 100% can and should refund you if they do not provide the service promised. The customer service here is TERRIBLE, left me extremely frustrated and having to start over again online, thanks a lot Kurt at GPS - absolutely terrible people and company.

Quick enough to take your money but provide no follow up service. Made zero difference Don’t recommend.

I agree with the other reviewers,business owners,dont waist your money,£95 and no results,a guy called Kurt called me full of promises but no results.Total con.

Excellent experience with GPSmarketing. The team is skilled, friendly, and very supportive. They delivered exactly what they promised and helped our business grow. I would definitely work with them again.

£95 six week line no payment unless happy till i just fund that taken payment for 5 months i not agreed to no contract signed nothing

After taking my money (£95) nothing changed. No more customers not even a change in traffic AVOID
No chance of getting money back.
New business start up So feel totally let down. Do not give this company any of your money..

Honestly, it is like chasing my tail as I keep arranging calls so I have an understanding of what is supposed to have been done but the call times are not. I’m here too so I am literally nowhere further forward.
All the claims of you will be ecstatic in so many days and you want to stay with us and we’ve got amazing results. Where is the evidence? Because I don’t see anything and the person that got me into this mess with all of his claims I can barely get a response from. I would love to name and shame him as he claims to be some sort of marketing guru.

CON!!! absolutely do not use. Called us in January and we opened our account, we were supposed to appear on google maps within 2 days. We paid £95 and were told that we would be seen at number 2 on google maps within 2 weeks. After months of calling and being fobbed off we are still nowhere to be found on google maps. Company refuse to refund as the £95 was an admin fee to open the account. No service has been provided, no phone calls were returned as promised. They talk the talk but fail to walk the walk.
