At the lakeside branch I was met by David H, who helped me purchase a pair of hiking boots and insoles. I wanted to take the time out to mention about the two instances that David has helped me. This weekend being the latest time, I found David consistently patient, informative and very helpful in aiding me in choosing items I needed to purchase. Charlton Thank you for your maintaining am preparing for the extra parts the bike does run smoothly, but there is a slight clicking noise on the gear changing ( chain) which can be fixed next time I'll pop it. Overall I am pleased.

I came in to purchase some new walking…
I came in to purchase some new walking boots a couple of weekends ago, David H approached me within a few minutes of me arriving and showed a brilliant level of knowledge & understanding of the products. Not to mentioned he provided great advice on which insole would be best for the particular boot I was interested in. Fantastic customer service and a credit to the company. Merry Christmas David!
