Excellent service for scouts and leaders alike. Thank you

Went in looking for a new waterproof jacket and was assisted in my quest by a lovely lady who was very helpful and informative and extremely pleasant. She helped me find a suitable jacket and after explaining the memnbership thing I was happy to sign up. The jacket is comfortable, looks pretty good and has so far done its job of waterproofing me admirably. Excellent value too!

Brilliant staff, extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great service today and a couple of bargains at the same time. What’s not to like 👍

The two guys in the shop were very helpful and dealt with my requirements in a professional manner !!

Extremely helpful service from Ed. Took time to explain all the different options for buying a coat and waterproof for my son's hike, really useful advice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store.

For one thing it was great to find a knowledgeable assistant in a store - and Katt’s advice ensured that I came away with walking boots that were the best possible for comfort.

Great service and advice with my recent visit at GO Outdoors in Solihull . I was only planning to browse but the attentive service and prices were too good not to buy . Good selection of Backpacks and plenty of other great things to purchase .

Had the wrong order not what I ordered went along to the local store they did not stock what I wanted but he was able to order for me at the store so we’ll done the Solihull store

I want to say a massive thank you to Katt at the Solihull store who literally saved Christmas for my son! Katt went out of her way to find a product at another store with very little information. The item had been cancelled by the online store due to incorrect stock showing, leaving me bereft as to how I would be able to find this product literally sold out everywhere! There wasn’t even a bar code but Katt offered to do a search using the product code and managed to find just one of the item and even telephoned the other store to get it reserved! I am beyond grateful as this product is no longer available from the manufacturer, other European stores and was likely the last item of this kind on the planet! I really needed a miracle! Thank you so much! A real Christmas angel!
