Michelle at the Penrith branch was extreme attentive she helped us in all ways possible

Two comfy work boots, great price, husband very happy. Someone with size 13 feet is difficult to buy for!

Last weekend I purchased a bike for my son and Philip at the bike sales and repair was extremely helpful. The bike handle bar was very wide and he kindly short it for us and when he handed over the bike to my son he had a very nice conversation with him and he make sure that he knows how to ride it safely. Philip is a great asset to GoOutdoors in Penrith. He has a great knowledge about the bikes and he has an excellent customer service.

Tony advised me in choosing the correct inner soles for my hiking boots. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Thank you Tony!

I tried on walking shoes and Michelle was very helpful and informative

I was served by Michelle today who helped me buy my first pair of walking shoes - I previously have used boots and decided to make the switch! She had great knowledge on the product and was able to refer to her own experiences with the product which supported my decision! She checked the shoes over for me, told me what to be looking out for in terms of wear and just simply what made them different! She also helped me chose the correct socks to go with my shoes! On top of it all she was very friendly and so lovely to my golden retriever and my baby!

Michelle and Ben at the Penrith store were super helpful when I was trying to find some new walking boots. The store had plenty of stock in too which I’ve found a struggle in other go outdoor shops! Finding size 8 women’s boots has been tricky, so an all round great experience thank you!

I have sent feedback. The experienca was excellent. I told staff involved in my recent (rather involved) transaction that the Go Outdoors stores are wonderful and the staff and service even moreso.

The sales lady, Michelle, was most helpful. I had an idea what I wanted, she got the boots I was interested in. She provide a shoe horn, & offered me similar products I
had not thought of. As I was trying the boots Michelle gave us room, most important, which we bought. Michelle is a excellent representative for the Penrith shop.
