GO Outdoors - Loughborough Arvostelua 

I was looking at footwear not knowing where to start.....I was approached by a very helpful cheerful assistant, who helped me select a pair of boots. The check out experience was easy and happy too. Many thanks Go Outdoors.

Dave in Loughborough store could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were looking for internal windsceen covers and he came out to van with us to try for size before buying. The cropped trousers I wanted were not in stock at my local store so I did click and collect and it was an excellent experience throughout. I didn't have too long a wait until collection and it all went smoothly. Staff are always friendly and helpful at Go Outdoors. Products are good quality and value. That's why I buy most of my new clothes there now, including the nice shirt that I saw when collecting my trousers! Thank you.

I’ve been to this store a few times over the years, but it appears that there seems to be a lack of staff on the floor.

We went in there to get footwear for my son and finding a member of staff was a challenge with me marching around the store until I eventually found one.

Friendly staff who dealt very quickly with a return/swap. Great service. Good price for members too.

I ordered two camping/beach chairs online at a very good sale price. They were delivered to me within the week by evri at a reasonable charge.
The chairs are great, lovely and comfy. Though slightly heavier than I hoped, they can easily be transported over the shoulder in the bags provided. All-in-all, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Amazing service. Really friendly and helpful staff. Luke was even polite enough to laugh at my rubbish jokes.

The staff at Loughborough branch are brilliant, knowledgeable, patient, professional and very warm and friendly.

They gave us lots of detailed information and gave us time to discuss our options.

Once we had decided, we paid and they took our purchase to the car and even loaded it for us.

If only all businesses had such dedicated staff the world would be a much better place. Thank you.
