Really helpful staff. My son's DofE registration hadn't yet arrived, but the staff member gave us the discount anyway, as it was obvious that is what we were shopping for.

We were served by Martin today in the Llandudno Express store, he was extremely friendly and helpful even our four legged friend was welcomed. We would highly recommend this store and would visit again when we are in the area.

Went in to purchase some trekking poles (of which I know nothing about) and was served by Helen who made sure I got the best deal possible by introducing me to a go outdoors card. She set the poles up for me and gave me instruction on how best to use them. Thanks to her Go Outdoors will be my first port of call for any of my outdoor needs in the future. She was pleasant, polite and informative - thank you Helen.

One of the store staff "Martin" was very helpful and gave me some good advise and helped me chose.
Martin also pointed out several places in the local area for nature/birdwatching.

On my most recent visit to the Llandudno shop , I was assisted by Tricia who had a keen knowledge of the wide range of hiking shoes and was helpful and patient in me trying out various models.Nothing was to much trouble and assisted me greatly in making the right decision.

I visited the Go Outdoors outlet in Llandudno for the first time today and was able to buy a coat that was not in stock at my local Go Outdoors store. I received very cheerful and helpful service form the member of staff, thank you Wil.

Popped into store looking for a lighter weight walking boot for the summer months. Didn’t see anything that took my fancy until Martin pointed out a pair of women’s Merrell boots that were on a special offer, always a bonus. He offered some very useful tips on getting the right size, bit of a walk round and boots feel really good. Always been happy with Merrell footwear in the past & sale was done. Thanks to Martin for his assistance.
