GO Outdoors - Ayr (Express) Arvostelua 

To be able to speak to someone in store who could sort out my order problems very quickly , was brilliant. I had been trying for 2 days to complete an order online without success , due to technical errors. He placed an order for me and it arrived to the store in 2 days.

I went into the Ayr store wanting a lightweight full zipped fleece. The assistant who greeted me was very helpful, he had more idea than I did and produced several alternatives. I was really happy with this and tried on two, I picked my favourite and he volunteered that If I was a member it would be cheaper. So I went with this option and paid £5 membership and got the fleece for £20 instead of £36, I was very pleased. I was given a voucher for £5 off my next purchase, so I probably be back pretty soon.

I brought back a rucksack which had been purchased at the Blacks store. The straps had torn on the second use but I no longer had the receipt as it had only been used for DofE last year. The manager (Cath??) managed to find the price even though it was no longer stocked and arranged for a refund/replacement. 5*service. Thank you.

Polite and helpful. Also good quality gear. For me, never a question about retuning hiking trainers that keep wearing out. Not a shop problem but even big brands making to a cost!!

This is my 2nd visit to this store in recent weeks & the service is fantastic particularly with one staff member in particular asst002 clerk007
This gentleman with a Manchester accent helped me organise my North face shoes online as they had not my size in store & delivered within 2days.
Yesterday my daughter required a pair & this same chap assisted us in store which my daughter has already mentioned she doesn’t what to wear any other shoes as they were North face as well.
When I can get assistance like this then there is no need for me to go anywhere else & I would imagine that will be the case with anyone who asks us about this store

Second time visiting the express store in Ayr, great very experienced sraff and knowledgable around the right kit for you for the right price. I hike and wild camp mostly and they were a great help in letting me know what is on its way into the store. I have been to GoOutdoors for the past few years testing diffrent bits of kit to find my ideal set up to which I've had a great experience each time.

The assistant was very informative and gave great advice.

Staff member was super helpful. Using my dofE card, but didn't realise I also had to purchase a gooutdoors.co.uk membership card

It would have been 5 stars I will tell you when I get to the end.
5 stars for the range of products, 5 stars from the shop assistants help in choosing the right shoes, knowledge of the shoes and advice.
That was my planned purchase for the day complete until I saw a pair of brasher trousers that I already have.
I decided to buy a new pair. I had already chosen the boots and a membership card. After I had paid the person on the till told me that I would be entitled to £5 off my next purchase, why didn’t she tell me that before I paid for all three items. Disappointed that the assistant couldn’t have pointed this out.
