I've been coming here(Goodyear Southwest Ranches FL) for a long time, since 2018 at least. The staff is great and there's not much turnover, which is good. We get to establish a rapport with each other and its just nice. Everyone here, Enrique, Rafael, Christian, is very respectful, patient and kind. I ask A LOT of questions because I want to be informed and get the best deal of course and these guys are really great and do whatever they can to help me out. They always do a great job on whatever service I'm having done which is typically tire service, and my vehicle is always ready when promised, and most recently it was ready earlier than expected!!
Goodyear offers great deals via email and stand by the offers. They even price match with goodyear online.
I definitely recommend coming here if you want a car service center you can count on where the staff stays the same, is honest and does a great job!

Attention, après avoir acheter 4 pneus Vector 4 seasons Gen-3 pour une Audi A4 Avant, je n’ai pu faire que 15 000 kilomètres (90% d’autoroute) avant d’avoir une déformation anormal des 2 pneus arrières qui ont en plus une certification AO (renforcer spécialement pour Audi) ce qui m’oblige à passer une contre visite pour le contrôle technique.
Les 2 pneus avant n’ont pas de déformation anormale, ce qui montre bien que Goodyear vend des pneus non conforme puisque ce sont uniquement les 2 pneus arrières qui ont un défaut de fabrication car la déformation est anormale.
Déjà que les pneus sont vendus à des prix exorbitants puisque la marque met en avant le côté premium de ce modèle, je confirme que la qualité n’est pas bonne et est surtout dangereuse !
Pour une marque qui se veut premium c’est tout simplement scandaleux et cela met en danger la vie des automobilistes.
Je déconseille ces pneus et la marque vu la dangerosité de ce modèle, je n’ai plus confiance en cette marque.
Je vais déposer plainte tout de suite !!

I called Goodyear on 8/9/2023 to get pricing information and set an appointment that was set for the next day. I took car in on 8/10/2023 at 1:15 pm for an oil change. They know I'm waiting so I go sit in the waiting area. After 4 pm, I'm called to check out. I complain about the amount of time that I've had to sit here and I had an appointment. He acts as if he doesn't know anything about an appointment and they have my check-in time at a much later time so that it looks like I haven't been there as long as I actually had. To add insult to injury, the price is no where near the discussed price. The guy was basically like well I don't know who you talked to. Then I showed him that the quoted price was the same price online. He tells me that the extra fee was for oil beyond the 5 quarts, my engine takes 5.1 quarts. Are you telling me the an additional 0.1 quarts takes the advertised price of 64.99 + tax to 99.99 + tax? He never did actually explain to me why I was being overcharged. Plus they advertise free tire rotation with oil change services and I didn't get that either. The free tire rotation was one of the selling points that made me choose them over others. I left with my back hurting from sitting in that chair for so long, angry for being cheated and overcharged and down right pissed that after all that they didn't even rotate my darn tires.

I took a brand new tire in to have it patched. The whole was near the center of the tire and they said it could not be repaired and I needed to buy a new tire for over $200 installed. I had no choice but to trust them. I had to insist on keeping my tire which needed to be repaired. I then took it to 7 other tire shops and they all said it was a very small hole and it could easily be patched without losing any tire integrity. They said this facility is known for ripping off the public and selling them tires when people do not need them. Stay away.

I requested tire's with the rebate, not only did they not give me the rebate, they put the wrong tires on my truck. 3 was the same & 1 was another brand. When I let the manager know, she try to justify it. Also I was getting a wheel alignment after I had the inner & and outer tie rods installed. They called me and said that they couldn't do the alignment because they couldn't get the inner tie rods losse. The tech that was doing the alignment never said a word to me, someone else showed me what he did. The tech used a blow torch & messed up the tie rod ends. Then the manager and at Goodyear on silver Hill road told me that whoever installed them cross threaded them I told her I am a certified technician and I did them myself then she said well we couldn't get them loose he's the best wheel alignment guy in the area. So unless you want a very bad experience do not go to Goodyear at 4535 silver Hill road suitland Maryland 20746 do not call them at 301-735-6421. Very bad customer service and you will only get excuses to try to convince you that they're right in your own

Habe 4 Neureifen Goodyear efficient GRIP Performance gekauft, anschließend hat mein reifendruckkontrollsystem Fehler gemeldet. Es stellte sich heraus, dass einer der Reifen 9cm (!) mehr Umfang als die anderen 3 hat. Nach Demontage war erkennbar, dass der Reifen keine Stahlverstärkung hat und sich wie ein Luftballon aufgebläht hatte. Das war ein potenziell lebensgefährlicher Mangel. Unglaublich, dass so etwas durch die Qualitätskontrolle kam.

The UK operation of Goodyear is rotten & corrupt to the core , none of the current management have any idea how to run a bath let alone a major operation , none are respected or liked in any way but they do like to back each other up by lying their way through life.
No wonder they lose millions every year!

Brian Callahan, store manager is very professional and knowledgeable. I had my wheel balancing fixed in one try. Today I am getting my wife’s SUV an alignment. Hats off to Brian! He is an excellent example of how all Goodyear dealership should conduct themselves….

FYI…. I bought 4 new tires for myself and ……my wife over the years!

This review is in reference to Goodyears UK operation.
I worked here for the health & safety department & moving jobs to here was the worst decision of my life , the head of this department is a power crazed woman who is only interested in the sound of her own voice , nobody else’s opinion matters, I witnessed very questionable actions that I was shocked by.The HR department totally backs her up with the main two running things being as thick as thieves.After talking to other managers in the business I was told the turnover of staff was huge through the company & the job I had taken had it’s fair share of people go through & leave shortly after.
Worst job I have ever had.

A disgusting company that has zero respect for decent people , I worked for this organisation in the UK & after a short period of time it was clear the so called senior management were all close & covering up for each other , disgusting behaviour by people with nothing about them, AVOID at all costs !

I bought 4 Goodyear Assurance Outlast and after one year with very low Milage three of the tires are damaged and has outer walls cracked. One of the tire was completely flat with a large size crack while I was driving the car. I contacted Goodyear warranty department and they said to visit a local branch to get the tires inspected. Unfortunately they did not fulfil the warranty by saying that these tires are not damaged due to manufacturer defect and warranty will not cover. This was a real bad experience and due to this I will never be able to use or recommend Goodyear a reputable company to satisfy their customers.

If you were driving a van with the name of the company you work for written all over it including phone numbers you would think they would have the common sense to drive with some consideration for other road users, not Truckforce drivers absolutely disgusting , how they have actually passed a driving test is baffling.

Truckforce drivers in Northampton seem to think they have their own law regarding driving , no regard for speed limits , a total disregard & no respect for other road users. Don’t bother phoning & complaining , I was told to “prove it”! …. DISGUSTING!

Earlier this year Good Year ran a scheme offering 80 euros refund on a set of 4 tyres. I bought the tyres, I made my claim, and on 25 January 2023 Good Year confirmed my claim and informed me I would receive a refund. No refund has been made, and the tracking site for the offer has now been closed. Good Year are running a scam!

The people they employ at Truckforce are a disgrace , no manners or decency towards the general public with terrible driving habits , shouting foul language at pregnant women is disgusting !

TruckForce employees who drive vans should show more respect to the general public , using foul language to anyone is not right !
