Good Energy Arvostelua 

During our house move, there were a few hiccups while trying to set up our energy supply to start on our moving day. Reaching the Good Energy team was so quick and easy, and following a call with Connor F (who was so swift to help on a Friday evening), the process was really efficient over email as Connor provided consistent updates so we wouldn't have to worry. What would otherwise have been a slightly stressy process was made really effortless, and I'm so glad they've made it this easy to commit to renewable energy.

I responded to a routine email telling me that our direct debit would be collected soon. We were on a fixed direct debit each month but our situation has changed as,since the amount was set, we have had solar panels with batteries and a heat pump fitted. We have also changed our cooking hob from gas to electric and have had our gas supply terminated.
All of this meant our energy bill should be much lower. Nessa responded promptly to my email and suggested and arranged for us to change to a variable direct debit only paying for the energy we use and utilising the existing credit we had accumulated first. All of this was easily put in place and I am very satisfied with the response of Good Energy.

should now be receiving withheld payments over two years and latest reading you tell me is too high!

Good Energy is con & crap

I have been a very happy customer of Green Energy for many years, standing fully behind their aim of doing their best towards the aim of Net Zero. I also like that they manage to maintain an appreciation of their individual customers and their quirks, e g not insisting on the use of their app for forwarding readings. Responses are always prompt and friendly - today from Donna M, but they are all good!

Rachel S.. was absolutely fantastic she was very professional and helped me to get my meter from being on hold to being back on line once again. It’s been on hold since 2023 as I have been in and out of hospital after having cardiac surgery. She basically held my hand through everything I was expected to do.. absolutely outstanding and very polite. She is an absolute credit to Good Energy. Thank you

Very happy with the experience of having solar panels fitted by GE - lovely guys who worked quickly and carefully on the roof and thanks to Tom and Karl for the electrics.

Linda was excellent in sorting out my problem Being over 80 I need someone kind and patient. Linda was superb.

Very prompt and helpful answer to my query. I have been with Good Energy ever since they started and always been happy with them.

Signed up today to join and Jemma S helped me through the process witch was easy

I was dealing with a technical query about capping our gas supply and cancelling the standing charge after installing a heat pump. Rachel managed to find the answers to questions that she couldn't answer immediately and an engineer was promptly booked.

Had a query with a Fit Account which Jemma S sorted immediately. No fuss, great customer services Good Energy!

The whole installation of solar panels, batteries and other equipment took only one and a half days. By lunchtime on the second day we were on solar power.

All the personnel involved were very friendly and informative. They all worked together well, especially as we had other workers on site at the same time.

Everything had worked well since. I have no complaints about any aspect of the whole process from enquiry to installation.

I've been with Good Energy since 2005 and would not change anything. If you're looking for energy look no further. In fact, if everyone in the UK used them, WE'D SORT OUT OUR EMISSIONS TARGET!

I have recently updated my system and have batteries. Craig contacted me asking for a schematic diagram and confirmation form. He was polite and replied quickly. I thought I had already done this, but he contacted Ofgem on my behalf and all is well.

Firstly my call was answered almost immediately and by a live Person! Greatly appreciated!
Secondly, that person was Matt Ball, who dealt with my query efficiently and with a very nice manner.
Altogether an excellent experience.

Ryan was super helpful, he was clear and concise.
He made the entire process really easy.

We just wanted to write to say a very big thank you to everyone for all the hard work in getting the solar panels fitted.

The process was super smooth from start to finish and the communication along the way was fantastic.

We are so happy with our solar panels (and the savings we are making!) and can’t thank you enough.

I have been with many energy suppliers of the past 60 years. I have never ever experience such a helpful spontaneous polite company in all my life. What a refreshing change. On the phone next to no waiting. Email response immediate. Absolutely fantastic. On the phone I delt with Claire D. Very professional and sorted me out in about 5 minutes and stayed on line to see me through.

We had an issue over the company SMS who install smart meters. We put it into the hands of Good Energy (who have been our electricity and gas suppliers for very many years) and Donna fielded our complaint and dealt with it superbly.
