I have been dealing with Good Energy for 15 years now and they are top class in my view. They are efficient and deal with any queries really quickly.

Account Verification.
I had a problem with my account which apparently had been closed without my knowledge and had to be 'verified'. This took a long time but with Sonu's help the account was reopened and I am now waiting for back payments for FIT readings which I am owed. I always get an answer and advice when I contact Good energy and I like the fact that you can contact the same person.

I think the company is very good but we would love to use your App but cannot down load for various reasons!
