Excellent customer service
We dealt with Rachel C to get our feed-in tariff switched over from the previous owner. Rachel's customer service was brilliant in aiding us with this process, especially given that it can be quite confusing for someone who has not owned solar panels before. She went above and beyond, and was brilliant in her communication.

Great customer service. I made an error changing tariffs and emailed to advise of my mistake. I actually got a call from Ryan confirming everything was resolved and he even confirmed this in an email. It was my mistake and he did everything to resolve it on my behalf. Such a pleasant change.
