Great customer service
We had an issue to resolve and customer service was very prompt in responding to our request. It was a surprise to get personal responses in a polite and courteous manner. We'd like to thank the Relationship Manager, Nikita Samant, for her kind manner and resolving the matter for us.

Great service - been a client for many years
I have been a client since 2008, and so far I have only good things to say. Some processes are a little slow (selling, withdrawing), but I assume this has to do with security. I don't want my security traded with convenience. Their support team has always been helpful. I have to date had to reason to doubt the quality and integrity of their service.

great company
The prices are good, the customer service is great, and it is very secure. I have seen some reviews saying its hard to get your money back, that is completely false. I have pulled money out many times with no issues. I have had an account with them for 13 years and counting so far.
