buzzvault Arvostelua

Buzz vault is a brilliant insurance company that I have taken my insurance with. Great incentives too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Buzz Vault to anyone ☆☆☆☆☆

Really easy company to get your insurance with , simple yet effective I’m very Happy with the customer service.

Straightforward process, all good so far.

Excellent service and easy process to understand. Unlike other insurance providers, a video survey and chat with an insurance professional makes the process easy and simple.

It was really easy to set up my home insurance

Really easy to set the policy up and great that they carry out a video survey to view everything that needs to be covered in your policy. Really good price to so great value for money.

I was at first not too sure about this company but they have been nothing but supportive. The video clips are a brilliant idea and setting this up up along with the call from the company regarding all our insured needs was seamless I have recommended them my friends

Only just initiated the cover but seems to be very easy to add or remove items from the policy. Fairly priced as well.

A very easy company to deal with. The video via your phone is an outstanding feature, it’s modern and it ensures there are no mistakes. Excellent Administration, fast to buy, well documented

The sign up process was easy and accompanied by a video call that doubles as proof of purchase. Everything was easy to set up and staff made it even easier. Yet to make a claim but a professional service and reassuringly good app and website helped make my sign up experience very smooth.

I felt Buzzvault dealt with my insurance with speed and honesty, I hope they will insure me for a good time to come.

Really excellent customer service, super easy to set up and get insured. Have not had to make a claim yet (touchwood), but if the rest of the experience is anything to go by, I can't imagine it being anything but perfect service

Very easy to deal with, and well priced. Their automation system kept sending me erroneous email afterwards that I had to deal with though

The sign up process and getting a quote was easy and simple, as was choosing a time slot for the video call - and flexible as I changed it twice.

The call only takes 10-15 minutes and that's it done. You can then add on items as and when you want through the app or email.

Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the app hasnt been working and I can't see my live inventory - although I had a quick response saying it is under repair and was provided with alternative ways of adding any new items to my policy.

5 stars for service and customer experience, 4 for app functionality.

Good policy.
Easy to sign up
Friendly customer service

Applying was so easy to do and was all done in minutes, fabulous experience so far, great incentives too. Competitive prices to suit my needs.
