Really handled my tough situation and resolved amicably.

I took out an initial loan which I kept on topping up from time to time. Honestly, I don’t remember the whole amount I have paid back but trust me, it’s massive.
I have at times failed to pay on the agreed date but ensued to pay anyway, it’s my obligation to pay because I signed up for the loan. What saved me from being bullied by this company was to set my own rules. Firstly, my original repayments where around £355 per month. When the pandemic hit and I could’nt do my second job, I renegotiated and started paying £266 which was fine by me. After around 6-8 repayments, the company started chasing me for the shortfall as I was only paying £266 instead of £355. This pissed me off so much as the company clearly didn’t understand my situation and that’s when I set my own rules. At this point, I was also making payments to another unsecured loan by another company, the mistake I made was to provide DWT with my bank statement. They kept on going on and on how I shouldn’t have prioritised making payment to an unsecured loan. I never gave them my bank statements again because the next thing I hoped thet would question would be, why did you spend this much on this and that.

Initially, the collection date was 29th of every month, I kept paying them £350 not on the 29th but on the day I got paid, sometimes a week after their expected pay date but I PAID.

I can now happily say that I have got these guys off my back. Lesson to all would be borrowers, the money they offer at the moment of need is so seductive and can be seen to be a life saver; but please take a moment to think about the hassles ahead when it comes to these people collecting their money.

At 300% interest, these guys are minting money like nobody’s business, I wish in times of desperation such as these ones of corvid where people’s incomes have been impacted greatly, this company had the compassion to work with their clients in a compassionate manner with the knowledge that at least 100-150% interest is still being recieved.

The debt from this company pushed me the edge mentally, I started self harming, suffered panic attacks, and other hurtful things I can’t write on here. I decided to take matters in my own hands by setting my own rules. I was determined to show this company who was boss, of course they provided the money but through the amassed interest, I made them money. In that way, I remained the boss. Your money has fully been payed with extra pennies which you quickly spotted, clever!!! The whole purpose of making that extra payment was to HARRAS you to return it, clever you, you spotted it quickly abd returned my pennies. I simply wanted you to know how it feels to put one’s life at ransom. DWT, you took a better part of my life in a space of 1.5yrs, it was traumatic dealing with you, the unending emails, calls and the standard voicemails left by one particular voice that will never leave my head. You people, you traumatised me!!!
Lastly, in the closing email you sent me soon after receiving your final payment, you stated that my vehicle has now been cleared off the HPI database, but by the time of writhing this review, it still shows at tied up to you.

I hope this review saves someone who takes time to carefully read it, it could save a life.

For DWT associates, I will provide the loan agreement number upon request if your response to this review is not the standard responses offered to many critics but an in-depth reflection on your company’s practice and the impact it may have on some unlucky people such as myself.
That said, thank you for providing me with loan at the time I needed it when I had nowhere else to turn.

I found auto advance via Google. Got an instant decision and funds the same day. I called to check how my application was going once filled in and the man I spoke to was very helpful and friendly which made a huge change to other loan company’s I’ve used in the past.

got behind with payments , due to the pandemic lost my job , customer service , rambled on and on ( took me a while to call them too ) rambled about how he was supose to go home at 12.00 mid day but would stay as a customer in arrears has called ! went on about all debt management companies which was irrelevant as its HPI , i said i am sorry to cut in but ive been on phone to you for 20mins and you are waffling about subjects that aren't relevant to this and my situation - its like he liked the sound of his own voice . wanted 6 months banks statements and was told , they will tell me what i can afford not the other way round. Lacked empathy / understanding and he was very confusing , 2/3 of what he spoke about wasnt relevant - puts me off ever calling again when i may loose job .

Repossess my vehicle for no reason. Reported to police

About as approachable as a king cobra. No empathy and no help during pandemic. Asked for a payment break or reduced payment as post job but refused as didn’t meet the criteria
