I bought my insurance last week and was amazed by the price I got and how quick the whole process was. The video call was making me feel a bit anxious but as soon as it started I was put at ease and it was all very easy and straight forward, it only took 9-10 mins. I have already told my family and friends about buzzvault. Highly recommended.

Really quick setting up the policy for my home insurance at what's seems like a really good price.

It is easy to get an offer and you can reach online assistant if you have a question. They inform all steps by mail.

I have recently signed up and the process was really easy. The call advisor logged all my items and would be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Impressive (Fully recommend)

Totally new way doing home insurance.
Competitively priced and works from a Moblie App where you can upload pictures of your processions from around the House to a vault.
Meaning that they have a record, which in the event of claim would make it hassle free.

Excellent customer service. Simple sign-up process - no endless questions to answer. Highly Recommended.

Was hassle free. Think the video link is a very good idea

Everything was straightforward, good prices, quick and easy

All possessions are all recorded via video call which is really good. Would highly recommend this company.

(Charlotte from Buzz Vault got back to me to look into my complaint and helped resolve the issues since the review. Was very helpful)

I recently had a claim refused and was after information on how I could challenge the claim.

The customer representative was very unhelpful and defensive. Speaking in a fair aggressive tone when I was only trying to understand the challenge process.

Not pleasant experience dealing with them in an already stressful situation

Really easy to do, you just do a quick video call showing around your house for everything to cover. Very simple and the lady prompted me what to show (as easy to forget on the spot!) Very happy with the service.

Very easy to review pricing and set up a plan with. Great offers and have had good communication since

First time I've done a video call to document the contents but it seems like a good idea as there's a record of what you are insuring. The agent was very pleasant and it was a painless process to run through the items.

The whole process was so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I totally enjoy using the app and the video call process. The policy is super value for money. I would recommend Buzzvault insurance to all my friends! Thanks so much Buzzvault.

Lost signal a couple of times on the video call got called straight back and got excellent customer service everytime

Quick easy and simple! Great to know someone has seen exactly what I would like to insure!
