Extremely Disappointing Experience — I Would Not Recommend This Company
I strongly recommend that people think twice before trusting this company with their money or orders.
In August 2026, I completed approximately 10 orders through glocolzone. Based on the total value of the products I delivered and my commission, I was expecting approximately €2,720 to be paid into my account. However, Glocolzone calculated the payment differently and deposited only around $2,520–$2,540. According to my calculations, approximately €250 of my money was left unpaid.
I contacted the company politely and simply asked why there was a difference and why the full amount had not been paid. About 30–60 minutes later, instead of answering my question, they asked me again how much I believed was missing — even though I had already clearly explained this in my original message. I explained it again and provided the calculation.
Then I waited.
For five days, I contacted them multiple times, sometimes twice in the same day, asking why nobody was responding to my messages and emails. I received absolutely no response.
Then, on the sixth day, instead of answering my financial question, they closed my account and accused me of insulting and disrespecting company representatives. My account was terminated, and approximately €250 of my balance remained unpaid.
They claimed that this amount was related to a 2% deduction. But even 2% of €2,780 is only €55.60 — nowhere near €250. I repeatedly asked them for a clear explanation and a proper breakdown of the payment, but I never received one.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. There is essentially nobody to speak to. Emails and messages can go unanswered for days. When you finally receive a response, the customer is treated as if they are the problem rather than someone who is simply asking for an explanation regarding their own money.
I also had a separate experience involving an order placed by Doğan, who is the owner of Glikozon. He personally placed an order with me, repeatedly asked where his order was, and after I shipped it, he received the package but did not confirm receipt for approximately 10 days. I contacted him several times and also contacted the company, but again, there was no meaningful response for days. I was later told that the people responsible for the company were sick and that this was the reason for the lack of communication.
Based on my personal experience, the customer service and communication are extremely disappointing. When there is a problem involving your money, you should be able to speak to someone, receive an explanation, and have your issue handled professionally.
I have documentation of the orders, payments, messages, emails, and the remaining balance, and I can support everything I am saying with records.
I am not writing this review out of anger. I am writing it because I believe customers and people doing business with this company deserve to know what happened to me.
My personal experience has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend trusting this company with your money unless you are completely comfortable with the way payment disputes and customer complaints are handled.
