Glenton Holidays Arvostelua 

I travelled with Glenton to Donegal l have now booked the 3 countries today 9th of July Debbie in the office took my booking she was pleasant polite and professional and very informative and helpful regarding my travel arrangements she answered all my questions to my satisfaction its having staff like Debbie who is a great asset to the team and company makes all the difference very much appreciated thank you .Meldah Speight. Booking your trip over the phone is very easy and quick and the advisors are very helpful the coaches they use are clean and there is plenty of room between the seats the drivers are very helpful and experienced it would be helpful if they would have a pick up in Edinburgh before they changed it to Edinburgh park station

Beautiful Blue Danube River Cruise - Darren was our driver who was excellent.
Overnight stops were in lovely towns and satisfactory hotels.
River Cruise with CroisiEurope - MS Beethoven - was not as good as anticipated.
We were allocated a cabin right next to the engine on the bottom floor of the ship. It was extremely noisy and after a sleepless night, even with earplugs, we took our complaint to reception. We were told that ‘we would get used to the noise’ and that Glenton Holidays were responsible for allocating the cabins. Our advice to Glenton is that Cabin 104 should not be allocated to any customers.
The destinations were all good as were the excursions, but Kalocsa in Hungary was a real disappointment. What should have been one of the most interesting and unique destinations was spoiled by the fact that no excursions were offered to experience it. Our driver drove from Vienna to literally drop us into the town of Kalocsa for 3 hours with not much to see. What a shame we missed out on seeing the Puszta horsemen excursion like all other people on the cruise were offered.

The hotel was lovely great food choices especially for me as i have a few allergies .
Room was clean, iron and ironing board was a nice touch and having the toiletries available meant i didn't have to overfill my caae...

The staff were very helpful , nice location in beautiful surroundings.
Blackwell Grange was a great experience for me ,
Would definitely need transport if i ever went back ..

The hotel in Kingussie was very good Food was good and accommodation excellent
The coach was clean and comfortable
The only downside of the holiday was the driver
A comment mentioned (and with which my husband and I wholeheartedly agree ) by quite a few on the coach was that he would have been better to concentrate on his driving rather than talking nonstop (most of it utter rubbish )and telling stupid jokes !

Had a great few days with glenton .
Hotel was 1st class food delicious. We were very well looked after by hotel staff. Our days out with glenton couldn't have been better. Driver was very experienced.

Everything, it was a fantastic holiday & company, everything about the trip. Moira our hostess & Darren our Driver made it . They were super & so helpful & good fun to be with! Looking at doing another Good Companions later this Summer/Autumn . Can’t wait to do another one 👍

The company, trips, entertainment and hotel amazing

This was my first experience of a coach holiday in many years. I appreciated the care which was taken and everything organised for us.
The accommodation was first class and the host and driver were excellent

We had a very good and considerate driver (Darren) , the hotel was excellent as was the facilities and food, we really could find no reason for complaint.
Keep up this high standard. Thank you.

my friend and I had a lovely holiday.We enjoyed all the excursions and the food in the hotel was very good. What we did feel was that the hotel was a bit dated especially that the bedroom had a shower over the bath which being in our 80's was not very convenient. As the majority of our coach party were pensioners this is probably something that could be addressed in the future. All in it was a very enjoyable trip and a lovely coach driver.

The places we visited were very interesting and the hotel where we stayed was comfortable. In addition the driver was excellent and the host good.

Had a lovely holiday on glenton select, the driver Darren was really good. We were super lucky with the weather. Hotel and food very good, with a good choice of meals. On day off we caught bus from Waterford to Tramore (they only take cash, but it was only €2.20 each way), a walk up a bit of a hill to the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens, they were stunning, and definitely worth visiting if you like gardens. Enjoyed the trips, the Dunbrodie famine ship was very interesting. I wish we had a wee bit more time at Mount Congrieve Castle, again because gardens were lovely, but we only had time to walk to walled gardens. Kilkenny Castle, very interesting and we had a good day...I would love to go on another Irish trip

Very early start 4.30am from Dundee so we had to get hotel nearby for 1ngt. Driver, Alan, was superb - so cheerful, friendly, helpful and patient. Hotel in Newry Ireland was lovely, facing a nice canal with swans and ducks nearby. Hotel staff were wonderful, very professional, friendly and helpful. The staff responded quickly to any problems and they did so with smiles and friendly conversations. Even young bar staff chatted to everyone with confidence. The places we visited were interesting and gave everyone lots of nice memories to cherish after the trip. Most of us were older (and one lady in a wheelchair) but Alan coped with us all so well and he provided well-timed toilet breaks.

Travelling with Glenton Holidays was smooth from the moment have was picked up at Glasgow till I arrived back home!
Hotel was lovely and clean, the staff couldn't do enough to make the stay fantastic and the food was great with 'Desperate Dan' helpings!!
Our driver was the best and always felt safe on the bus and kept us informed at all times!!
