Good product, bad website

i like the product but the website is kind of clunky and not the best, the cart kept sending me back to the same page when i tried to pay

I have been ordering with this company …

I have been ordering with this company a lot lately and in 1 order of 6 articles, there was 1 missing and it was the cheapest item of the 6, They asked for pictures of everything which is fine but when they replaced it, they acted like it was a favor saying, it is a 1 time replacement. It was more a problem for me to fill out all their requirements so they should have apologize and correct their employee instead of me or the carrier because the package had not been open it was not the carrier but they wanted the pictures for the carrier when It had nothing to do with the carrier and acted like they did me a favor to send me the item when I paid for it already. I have seen this with them before so that was definitely not very responsible to blame the carrier and pretend of doing me a favor.

I have been buying jewelry from gld for…

I have been buying jewelry from gld for quite some time and am continually impressed with the quality of their products and customer service. No cheaply made/plated pieces here. Only good looking items that serve to express an individual's particular in a classy and timeless manner.
I used to shop around for "deals" on mens jewelry, no longer. The deals are to be had with Gld. They are always running specials snd the quality of their products is far superior to the competition.
Keep up the great work.
