Waiting to see the quality of the glasses I just purchased a few days ago.

Last time I purchased sunglasses they delaminated. I didn’t know the shade material could do that but the material between the lenses internally delaminated from a glue issue.

Anyway, the hilarious part was that even though I had purchased these only a few weeks earlier they were out of warranty because…..

Sun exposure had likely caused the adhesive to fail and it was my fault for leaving them in the sun.

Yeah, read that twice.

Be careful with these guys. I’m giving them a second chance only because they’re less expensive and I have to refer my low income patients somewhere.

Maybe they’ve gotten their act together and I can get back to referring them patients

First pair ordered were done with incorrect prescription. I uploaded a picture of my prescription and glasses were done incorrectly. Contacted customer service (Mandy) and she insisted I typed in my info wrong. Explained to her several times that I uploaded a picture of prescription, that I didn’t type it and she didn’t care what I was saying. She insisted it was my mistake. After back and forth, I was given store credit of only $14.94 although glasses were $29 after discount and shipping reduction. Tried talking to customer service next day. Again got Mandy on the line. She would not even acknowledge me. When I typed something into the chat box, she would somehow erase my messages. Never could get another answer out of her. So I had to just suck it up and just use the minimal refund I was given so I could order my glasses since they were indeed needed. After a while, I did receive the new glasses with the correct prescription. I have made a few purchases before but I don’t know if I’ll keep using GlassesShop after this experience. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service I received was unprofessional.

The first pair of glasses had the wrong prescription, user error. Glassesshop was very easy to contact and once the correct prescription was uploaded, Glassesshop sent an entire new pair of glasses. Love and will definitely use again and recommend hands down. ❤️

The glasses I received are amazing! I wish there was an option to order extra attachable lenses, because I’m notorious for losing things.

They don't answer phone thye don't answere chats, they don't repond to emails. Their order and tracking don't work.

My Glasses came and I couldn't see! They were completely wrong! I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before a message said leave a number and they will call me back. Three days so far and no call back!
I emailed the twice this morning. So far no response. Very disappointed. Buyer beware!!

Mostly easy to work with, and the glasses are great. Enjoy the sun clips. There was an error on the glasses and they took care of it right away, no questions asked.

The glasses I ordered were not wearable--the prescription was totally off and over magnified. I checked my order and had entered it correctly. I reached out and they agreed to make them again. Second pair arrived and they had the same problem. I have 4 other pairs of glasses from another company with the same prescription that are fine so why can't glassesshop make them correctly? Waste of $100.

Good quality glasses, well made and great shipping/ processing times! Not my first purchase, nor my last!

The glasses I ordered are great and fit perfectly! This is my third pair now. Would definitely buy again when I get my new prescription
