The glasses were listed as universal/alternative bridge fit. They were normal glasses. They did not work on my flat nose at all. Constantly falling down, uncomfortable, and slipping.

The glasses I got made me look like Elton John. I'm a petite women they were HUGE and kept sliding off my nose. I TRIED calling 28 times over the last few days and all I got was the mailbox was full..I also have sent about a dozen different emails with NO response till late this afternoon. This has been an awful and stressful experience. Not happy with your company at all.

I like how you can try the glasses on online. There are many options to choose from. One thing I have noticed though is upon arrival the pair of glasses l choose are always much darker in color than what they appeared to be when you're doing the try on feature. This has been the case with me the last several times. Something to keep in mind. The prices are very reasonable. I ordered progressive lenses and photo chromatic, plus the frames and my order was only 134.19. They do an excellent job in making your glasses. Expect about a 10 day to two weeks wait before receiving your glasses. I've never returned a pair of glasses so l can't vouch good or bad on that. I would recommend GlassesShop, I've always had a good experience with their company.

This is my 3rd pair, brown & blue pairs. Love these glasses. They fit perfect & look so up to date. Very light weight & fit perfect from day one. Hoping the red frames come back.

Customer service is impossible to get a hold of and when you do, there’s nothing they will. I had a pair of glasses and this is the second pair of the lenses have gone foggy. At a scratch on the surface and the lenses look like brand new except for you can’t see through them. It’s clearly a manufacturers defect but yet they will do nothing to help you. Their solution was to give me a discount on a new pair. The same discount that they offer anybody who buys a pair of glasses from them. Yes

The fit and how great they feel on the face. Not heavy, and still very stylish. Great quality .. The perfect sunglasses.

What made this experience great is the lack of cost! I keep using the same prescription because it works and I don't want it changed. Just an eye exam here in the US would cost 4 TIMEs what my new glasses cost!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my husband. They arrived and are excellent quality and fit perfectly. Will be ordering through Glasses Shop again. Rx was absolutely spot on! Great value, options and again excellent quality!

I picked out five frames to try on finally got them and then the frames that I wanted were no longer on the website and apparently we’re going to be out of stock for two months. No mention of low stock when ordering to try on and the quality of the other frames.Flimsy. Customer service with spelling and basic errors. Seems scam like.

Even though they made the glasses wrong the first time they made it right and my driving glasses as perfect

These were the 2nd pair of glasses I have bought from GlassesShop. Both pairs are the best glasses I have ever owned and I've worn glasses since I was 8 years old (I'm 70 now). The frames are sturdy and fit well, the lenses are clear and I can see exceptionally well and I haven't had any issues with them scratching like the ones I bought from the big name stores and paid extra for lens coating. The best part is the price. Who knew you could get such exceptional eyewear for such low cost? After being ripped off for years at high end stores who still charged me hundreds of dollars after my insurance coverage, I would never buy another pair at one of those places.

It really helps with my sensitive eyes when I’m out I thought 40% wasn’t gonna be enough but it works really good I know for sure next time I order I’ll be doing 80% and instead of gray shaped I’ll do brown, I would totally buy sunglasses again from this company :)

I have now ordered glasses for my son and myself from GlassesShop after using many online sites in the last few years; I have always had great experiences. In comparison, GlassesShop had very quick order processing and shipping and the quality of frames and lenses is great! I will continue to use GlassesShop, especially at their low prices!

I made a mistake on the choosing the wrong script. Company could not help with this because most of the payment was credit I had. I thought the company might be able to offer something. Instead of just telling me I could reorder with one of your sales.p

They made sure prescription was correct before making the lenses. Prices were great and when they come and I tried them on it was a perfect fit with the correct tint and very clear lenses.
